A wellness programme for a small business, from 10 seats
TriageFit sells its wellness programme in packs from 10 seats, so a small business can buy one online and invite its people the same day. Each seat gives one person the full coaching membership, with their own programme, food targets and a weekly check-in a real coach reads. The business sees who has joined and group figures that never single anyone out, and a pack of 10 costs €5,000 for the year with VAT included.

For a small business, a wellness programme has to be something one person can buy without a procurement process, something each person on the team will actually use, and a cost that is known for the whole year on the day it is bought. TriageFit is sold in packs from 10 seats, priced and paid for on the business page, and every seat carries the full coaching membership for one person.
What a pack of 10 costs
A seat is priced for one person for one year with VAT included, and a pack costs the seat price multiplied by the number of seats. At the smallest size, 10 seats at €500 a seat come to €5,000 for the year. The seat price steps down as the pack grows, at €500 a seat for 10 to 24 seats, €450 a seat for 25 to 49 seats, €415 a seat for 50 to 99 seats and €375 for 100 or more. The whole pack is priced at the band its size lands in, so a pack of 25 is charged €450 for every seat, €11,250 for the year.
Packs can also be bought in pounds or dollars with the same bands, where the smallest size costs £450 or $550 a seat. The first year is paid in full at checkout, by card, or by SEPA direct debit when the pack is billed in euro. The invoice shows the Irish VAT as its own line, and a VAT number given at checkout is printed on it.
Buying it online
Pricing a pack needs no account, because the calculator on the business page shows the total before you sign in. To buy, you sign in or create an account, and the account you buy with becomes the pack's admin. The checkout form asks for your organisation's name, the number of seats and the currency, with a tick to accept the corporate terms and the data processing agreement on the organisation's behalf. Both are published, so the corporate terms and the data processing agreement can be read in full before anyone buys.
Once checkout is complete, your organisation is set up in a minute or two, and a link to your portal goes by email to the billing address. That holds for a direct debit as well, so a pack paid by SEPA is ready to use while the payment settles.
Getting the team in
While seats are still waiting, the overview in your portal carries a short checklist for getting your team in. Its first step is telling people before any invitation arrives, so the email lands expected rather than looking like spam, and the portal gives you an announcement to copy, written in your organisation's name. It explains what the membership includes, that taking part is optional, and what the business can and cannot see.
Invitations go out from the portal one at a time or as a whole CSV, and each one carries a seat. Whoever accepts signs in or creates an account under the address it was sent to, and the membership is theirs with nothing to pay. An invitation link works once and lasts seven days. If it lapses, its seat goes back to the pack and a resend issues a fresh link, and a word from a manager usually does more than a second email.
Anyone on the team who already pays for TriageFit can move onto the seat. Their own plan stops at the end of its current period with nothing charged after that, and their training, history and data carry on as they were.
What each person gets
Each seat is the same membership a person would buy for themselves. It starts with an intake of about thirty minutes on goals, training history, injuries, schedule and equipment, which can be saved partway and finished later. A few answers in its health screen keep the programme unbuilt until the person's doctor has given the go-ahead, which they confirm for themselves in the app, and whatever the screen turns up stays between that person and TriageFit.
Their programme runs in phases our coaches designed, filled from a library of 382 exercises to suit the equipment they have, at home, in a gym or away travelling. Their food targets are set for them and adjust each week. Once a week, on a day they choose, they check in in a few minutes, a coaching message about their week arrives within seconds, and a real coach reads the same check-in. Between check-ins the AI coach answers at any hour and can shorten a session or swap an exercise, each change a proposal they confirm, and coaches review form-check videos and answer questions in the group.
What you see as the admin
The seat count in your portal shows how many seats were bought, how many are redeemed, how many are held by open invitations and how many are free. The people list shows who has joined, with name, email, seat and the date they joined, and it downloads as a CSV.
Beyond the roster, the business sees group figures, such as how many people were active in the past month, and a figure appears only when at least five people contribute to it. If you label people by department when you invite them, a department with fewer than five people shows no number, and the report marks the line as withheld. Nobody at the business can open a person's training, check-ins, messages or anything about their health.
The corporate terms hold the business to the same line. Accepting a seat cannot be made a condition of anyone's job, whether someone took part cannot be used in decisions about them, and nobody may try to work out who stands behind a group figure.
When the team changes
Seats can be added from the portal at any time, and added seats are invoiced pro rata for the rest of the year. If the extra seats carry the pack into a cheaper band, every seat is repriced from that invoice on. When someone leaves, removing them returns their seat to the pack for the next hire, and they keep access while their plan winds down, free to start a subscription of their own.
The pack renews every twelve months, with an email about thirty days before. A smaller pack can be chosen for the renewal as long as it still covers the seats in use and stays at 10 or more. For a team past 50 seats, the enquiry form on the business page brings a quote and the rollout steps by email.
How to start
Price your pack and buy it on the business page. The corporate wellness programme covers the programme for teams of every size, employee health data privacy sets out what stays private, and the procurement checklist answers the questions a finance or legal reviewer asks before signing off.
Questions people ask
- What is the smallest pack we can buy?
- A pack of 10 seats at €500 a seat for the year, with VAT included, which comes to €5,000. If fewer people accept than you bought seats for, the spare seats stay in the pack for whoever joins next, and a seat returned by someone who leaves is ready for the next invitation.
- Do we have to sign a contract?
- The corporate terms and the data processing agreement are accepted at checkout by the person buying, on the organisation's behalf. Both are published on the site, so you can read them in full before you buy, alongside the pages on security, data flows and sub-processors.
- What happens if someone never accepts their invitation?
- The link lasts seven days. If it lapses, the seat goes back to the pack, and a resend from the portal issues a fresh link. Taking part stays optional, so nobody has to accept, and the corporate terms rule out using whether someone accepted in any decision about them.
- Can people train at home or in their own gym?
- Yes. The intake asks what equipment each person has, and the programme is filled with exercises that suit it, whether that is a home set-up, a gym membership they already hold or a hotel room when they travel. If that changes, they ask the AI coach for an equipment change and confirm the new programme.
