Member support
Your account, your billing, or anything that is not working. If you are already signed in, ask your coach from inside the app instead: whoever answers can see your training, your food and your check-ins, so you do not have to explain any of it.
Clinics and employers
Seats for a team, or referring patients into coaching. You can buy a pack and set the roster up yourself, and a team too big for self-serve can send us the size and we will come back with a quote.
Affiliates
The partner programme, how commission is worked out, and anything about a payout. The programme page has the rates and the terms on it, and applying takes a minute.

The company, the coaching team, or anything you would like to quote. Tell us your deadline in the first line and we will work to it.
Data protection
An access, correction, export or erasure request under GDPR, or a question about what we hold. A member can run a full export and delete their account from Settings without asking anyone, and the privacy policy sets out what we keep and why.
