Coaching your patients can keep up between appointments
Refer a patient to TriageFit with your clinic's link. If they choose to share, your clinicians follow their progress from a view built for exactly that, and the record itself stays between the patient and their coach.
How a partnership works
1. Refer
Give a patient your partner link, on the printed one-pager or in a message. They sign up through it, join your organisation as a patient, and 10% comes off their first payment, shown on their receipt as “Clinic partner welcome”.
2. The patient chooses
Once your clinic is verified, at checkout they are asked whether to share their progress with your clinic, in the words below. Their membership and their coaching are the same whichever they choose, and they can change the answer at any time in their privacy settings.
3. Your clinicians follow along
A clinician with a healthcare provider seat opens the clinic portal and sees a progress summary for each patient who is sharing, with a printable report per patient and group numbers for the practice.
What your patient is told
This is the wording a patient reads at checkout, on an invitation and in their own settings, with your clinic's name in place of "your clinic". It is the whole of what sharing means, and a clinician's view shows exactly that and nothing beyond it.
While sharing is on, the clinicians at your clinic can see your name, email address, date of birth and gender, the programme week you're on, when you last checked in, how closely you're following your plan, your health scores and which way they're heading, your blood work from the last year, your medications and injuries, and the energy, stress and sleep from your last two weeks of check-ins.
Your journal, your messages with your coach and your day-to-day training and food logs stay between you and your coach. The clinic sees how closely you're following your plan as one figure, never the sessions themselves.
Turn sharing off and the clinic stops seeing you straight away. Your membership and your coaching carry on exactly as they are, whichever you choose.
What your clinic gets
A partner link of your own
One press in your portal, from the moment you register. A patient who signs up through it joins your organisation as a patient and gets 10% off their first payment.
A printable one-pager
A sheet written to the patient, with the link, a code to scan and the sharing choice in the words they will read again at checkout. Print it from the portal and hand it over.
A patient roster for your clinicians
Each clinician holds a healthcare provider seat. Their Patients tab lists everyone who is sharing, with the programme week, the last check-in, how closely the plan is being followed and which way the scores are moving, and a printable report for each.
Group reports that keep individuals private
Participation and progress across your patients, in aggregate. Groups smaller than five are withheld, the same floor employers get.
A record of every read
Every time a clinician opens a patient summary or report, who read it and when is logged, and the patient can turn sharing off at any moment.
Seats and cost
The partner link costs your clinic nothing. A referred patient pays for their own membership, less the 10% welcome discount, and your clinicians’ seats are part of the partnership.
If you would rather fund memberships for a group of patients, seats are bought in packs at the prices on the employers page. A funded seat pays for the membership and changes nothing about sharing, which only ever comes from the patient's own choice.
Getting set up
Register your clinic at triagefit.com/business/clinics/register. It takes a few minutes and creates your organisation, your portal and your partner link straight away, so you can invite your clinicians and print the one-pager the same day. We verify by hand that the registration is a real clinic and email your contact when it is done; from then on patients are asked at checkout whether to share their progress with you. Questions before you register go to info@triagemethod.com. The first of these pages puts the partnership on one page for whoever has to say yes; the six after it are written for the review your practice manager or data protection lead will want to do. Each one prints cleanly.
The partnership on one page
What the clinic gets, what it costs, what a patient is told and how to register, for the partner or practice manager who has to say yes. Prints to a single page.

Good questions
What does it cost the clinic?
Nothing. The partner link is free from the moment you register, and a patient who joins through it pays for their own membership with 10% off their first payment. A clinic that wants to fund memberships itself can buy seat packs at the same prices companies pay.
Is there a referral fee?
The arrangement is free both ways: the clinic pays nothing and is paid nothing. Its return is a patient who is coached between appointments, a discount it can offer, and a clinician view of the progress of every patient who chooses to share it.
What does a clinician see?
In the words your patient reads at checkout, with your clinic named: “While sharing is on, the clinicians at the clinic can see your name, email address, date of birth and gender, the programme week you're on, when you last checked in, how closely you're following your plan, your health scores and which way they're heading, your blood work from the last year, your medications and injuries, and the energy, stress and sleep from your last two weeks of check-ins. Your journal, your messages with your coach and your day-to-day training and food logs stay between you and your coach. The clinic sees how closely you're following your plan as one figure, never the sessions themselves. Turn sharing off and the clinic stops seeing you straight away. Your membership and your coaching carry on exactly as they are, whichever you choose.”
How does a patient join?
Through your partner link, or by scanning the code on the one-pager you print from the portal. They sign up as themselves, see the discount at checkout, and are asked whether to share with your clinic once your registration is verified.
What is verified, and how long does it take?
That the clinic is a real practice and that the person registering speaks for it. We read each registration by hand and email you when it is approved. The link and the discount work from the moment you register; the sharing choice opens to your patients once verification is through.
Who at the clinic can see patient data?
Only clinicians holding a healthcare provider seat, invited from the People tab, and only for patients who chose to share. Every read of a summary or a report is logged with who read it and when.
Can either side stop?
Yes, by email, at any time. Sharing ends for every patient, the link stops taking new patients, and every patient keeps their own membership and their data.
Can we fund memberships for patients?
Yes. Seat packs of 10 to 50 are bought online at the same prices companies pay, under the corporate terms, and each seat reaches a patient by invitation.
