1. Who we are & acceptance of terms

The TriageFit platform ("Service") is operated by TriageMethod Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, trading as TriageFit ("we", "us", "our"). For our company registration details, or any question about these Terms, contact us at info@triagemethod.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a contract between you and TriageMethod Ltd.

2. Scope of service

TriageFit provides AI-assisted health and fitness coaching, including personalised training programmes, nutrition guidance, health score tracking, habit tracking, and related features. The Service is intended for general wellness purposes only.

TriageFit is not a medical service. The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health, exercise, or nutrition routine.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to generate coaching recommendations, training programmes, nutritional suggestions, and health insights. AI-generated content:

  • May contain inaccuracies or errors
  • Should not be relied upon as medical advice
  • Is provided for informational and educational purposes only
  • Does not replace the judgement of a qualified professional

TriageFit makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.

6. Subscription terms & pricing

  • Billing cycle, please read carefully: The Service is billed on a recurring 4-week cycle. Each billing period is a "4-week block" of 28 days. This is not a calendar month. Because a year contains 13 4-week blocks, a standard subscription is billed 13 times per year (not 12).
  • Price: The standard price is $55 USD per 4-week block, charged in advance at the start of each block. An annual option is available at $550 USD per year, paid once in advance and covering all 13 4-week blocks (a saving of $165 USD compared with paying per block).
  • VAT: Prices are in the currency stated beside each amount and include any VAT that applies. The price shown is the total you pay at checkout.
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically for a further period (a 4-week block, or a year on the annual plan) unless you cancel before the end of the current period.
  • Price changes: We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not accept a change you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.

7. Right to cancel (14-day cooling-off) & cancellation

Your statutory 14-day right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of it starting, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (in Ireland, S.I. No. 484 of 2013). To exercise it, tell us before the 14 days are up, for example by emailing info@triagemethod.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Where the right applies, we refund what you paid.

Immediate access & waiver. The Service is digital content and services we supply immediately. If you ask us to begin during the 14-day period, you agree we can start straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the service has been fully performed; for any part already supplied you agree to pay a proportionate amount. You confirm this by ticking a box on the checkout page before any payment is taken, and it is restated above the payment button. We record the date you confirmed it and the wording you were shown, and we will give you that record on request.

Cancelling at any time. You may cancel from the Settings page or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until it expires. We do not otherwise refund part-used billing periods, without prejudice to your statutory rights above.

8. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misrepresent your identity or health information
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without authorisation
  • Use the Service to provide competing services

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to TriageFit. You retain ownership of the personal data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Data rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, and request deletion of your personal data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, TriageFit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Any reliance on AI-generated content or coaching recommendations
  • Service interruptions, errors, or data loss

Subject to the first paragraph of this section, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $110 USD or the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TriageFit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect and will not be charged for any period after that. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Ireland. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence, or of any right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where applicable law so provides.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. If you are a consumer in Ireland, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission publishes guidance on your rights at ccpc.ie. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, your national European Consumer Centre can assist with a cross-border dispute; the Irish centre is at eccireland.ie.
