For employers

Health coaching for the whole team,
one person at a time.

Employee health coaching for a corporate wellbeing programme, bought as an annual seat pack. Every seat you fund gives one of your people the full TriageFit membership: an intake, a training and nutrition programme built around their life, and a weekly check-in that keeps it moving. You see how the team is doing as a whole. Their own data stays their own.

A programme each

Every member starts with a proper intake: training history, schedule, equipment, injuries. Their programme is built from that, then adjusted week by week from what actually happened.

Coaching that answers

Members check in weekly and can ask their coach a question whenever they need to. The reply reads their actual training, food and sleep, then says what to do next.

Training and nutrition in one system

Sessions, food logging and habit work live in one place, so the advice a member gets comes from the whole picture.

Team numbers, personal privacy

Your reports show participation and progress in aggregate, and nobody at your company can read an individual's logs, messages or health data. People use it honestly because that line holds.

Seat pricing

Per seat, per year, VAT included. The whole pack is billed at the band its size lands in, and your invoice breaks the Irish VAT out of that total so you can reclaim it.

Price a pack, then buy it

Packs of 10 to 50 seats go straight through checkout. Larger teams get a quote, see below.

As it should appear on your invoice.

10 seats at €500 each: €5,000 a year, VAT included.

The account you sign in with, or create, becomes the pack's admin, and either door brings you straight back here. Seat packs are sold under the corporate terms of service, which you accept before payment.

How it works

  1. Buy the pack. Name your organisation, pick a seat count and pay. Card, or SEPA direct debit when billed in euro.
  2. Invite your people. Each invitation carries a seat. Whoever accepts gets the full membership, with nothing to pay personally.
  3. See it working. Participation and progress for the team as a whole, never one person's file.

Buying for a clinic?

A clinic refers patients with its own partner link, and each patient decides at checkout whether their clinicians can follow their progress. The page for clinics explains what a clinician sees, what stays between the patient and their coach, and how to get set up.

For your procurement team

Buying for a company usually means someone in HR, ops or legal has to sign off on where the data goes. Five of these pages are written for that review, and the sixth puts the whole offer on one page for whoever has to make the case internally. Each one prints cleanly if they want it on file.

Good questions

What does a seat cost?

A seat is priced per year, VAT included, by the size of the pack: €500 for 10 to 24 seats, €450 for 25 to 49 seats, €415 for 50 to 99 seats, €375 from 100 seats. The whole pack is billed at the price of the band it lands in, and your invoice breaks the Irish VAT out of that total so you can reclaim it.

How many seats can we buy online?

10 to 50, paid at checkout, with the seats live as soon as the payment clears. For more than 50 seats send the enquiry form and we reply by email with a quote.

How do our people get their seats?

Invite them from the People tab of the employer portal, one at a time or a whole CSV at once. Each invitation carries a seat: the person accepts it, sets up their own account and has the full membership at no cost to them. A seat that is revoked can be given to someone else.

What do we see about our people?

Who was invited, who accepted and the state of each seat, plus group reporting that never shows a figure for a group of fewer than five people. Nobody at your organisation can see an individual's programme, check-ins or measurements, and each person is told exactly that when they are invited.

Can we add or remove seats during the term?

Add seats at any time from the portal. They are invoiced pro rata for the rest of the term, and a pack that grows into a lower price band pays that band for every seat from that invoice on. Reductions take effect at the next renewal, down to the smallest pack we sell and never below the seats in use or held by open invitations.

How does renewal work?

A pack runs for 12 months and renews for another 12 unless you cancel. About 30 days before renewal we email the billing contact the seat count and price that will be charged. To cancel, email us from the billing contact address before the renewal date: the seats stay open until the term ends and no further term is charged.

What happens when someone leaves?

Revoke their seat from the People tab. They keep their own account, their history and their data, are offered a personal plan, and nothing about them comes back to you.

Do we need a data processing agreement?

The DPA sits with the corporate terms you accept at checkout, and it is published alongside the sub-processor list, the data-flow map and the security overview, so a procurement or data protection review can read all of it before you buy.

How do we tell our team?

The employer portal gives you an announcement to copy into your own email: what the benefit is, that the invitation comes from Triage, that taking part is optional and that you see only group numbers. Send it before the invitations go out, so they land expected.

More than 50 seats?

Tell us about your team and a real person will reply by email with a quote, volume pricing and the rollout steps. No calls unless you want one.
