Each person gets the full coaching membership: one proper intake, a programme built from their own data, and a weekly check-in that adjusts it. Your organisation buys the seats, sees only group numbers, and never sees anything about an individual.

What every seat includes

  • One proper intake, then a training, nutrition and recovery programme built from that person's own numbers.
  • A weekly check-in that adjusts the programme from what they actually logged, and an AI coach they can ask anything at any hour, with a real coaching team watching the check-ins.
  • Their own account. When the seat ends they keep it, their history and their data, and are offered a personal plan.
  • Nothing to pay and nothing to set up: they accept an invitation, answer the intake and start.

Per seat per year, VAT included, billed once for the whole pack at the price of the band it lands in. Seats added during the year are invoiced pro rata for the rest of the term, and a pack that grows into a lower band pays that band for every seat from that invoice on. The pack renews for another year unless you cancel by email before the renewal date.

What your organisation sees

  • Who was invited, who accepted and the state of each seat, in the employer portal.
  • Group reporting on how the team is doing, never shown for a group of fewer than five people.
  • Nothing about an individual: no programme, no check-ins, no measurements. Each person is told exactly that when they are invited.

How to buy

  1. Choose a pack size and pay at checkout. The corporate terms and the data processing agreement are accepted there.
  2. Invite your people from the People tab, one at a time or from a CSV. Each invitation carries a seat.
  3. Tell the team first. The portal gives you an announcement to copy into your own email, so the invitations land expected.
  4. Add seats whenever you need them. Reductions take effect at the next renewal.
