The membership a paying member has: an intake, a training and nutrition programme built around their life, and a weekly check-in that keeps it moving.

On the day you choose

We email them the code at 8am your time on the day you choose, with your message. If you would rather hand it over yourself, we email you the code and a link to a card you can print.

Used when they are ready

Whoever holds the code can use it, for 5 years from the day you buy it. For someone new, the membership starts on the day they use it. If they already pay for a membership, the gift's price comes off their next payments.

When it ends

We ask them 14 days before the gift ends whether they want to carry on, four-weekly or annual, at the ordinary price, and nothing is charged unless they choose a plan.

How it works

Choose the gift. Pick 12 weeks or a year, and whether we email it or you print a card, then pay on the next page.
It reaches them. An emailed gift goes out at 8am your time on the day you chose. For a card, the code and a link to the card reach your inbox within a few minutes of the payment going through.
They use the code. They enter it when they create their account, and it takes them past the plan and payment pages to their intake. If they already have an account, they sign in and enter it on the gift code page.
