A patient who joins through your partner link gets a training, nutrition and recovery programme built from their own intake, checks in weekly, and can choose to share their progress with your clinicians. The link is free for the clinic, and the patient pays for their own membership.

What the clinic gets

- A printable one-pager for the waiting room or the discharge pack, with the link and its QR code.
- A roster of every patient who chose to share, for the clinicians you invite.
- Group reports once five or more of your patients share.
- A record of every read of a patient's summary or report, with who read it and when.
What your patient is told
While sharing is on, the clinicians at the clinic can see your name, email address, date of birth and gender, the programme week you're on, when you last checked in, how closely you're following your plan, your health scores and which way they're heading, your blood work from the last year, your medications and injuries, and the energy, stress and sleep from your last two weeks of check-ins.
Your journal, your messages with your coach and your day-to-day training and food logs stay between you and your coach. The clinic sees how closely you're following your plan as one figure, never the sessions themselves.
Turn sharing off and the clinic stops seeing you straight away. Your membership and your coaching carry on exactly as they are, whichever you choose.
Those are the words on the checkout screen, with your clinic named in place of “the clinic”. A patient who says no still gets the discount and the full membership.
How to register
- Register online at https://triagefit.com/business/clinics/register. It takes a few minutes and creates your organisation, your portal and your partner link straight away.
- Invite your clinicians from the People tab and print the one-pager the same day.
- We verify by hand that the registration is a real clinic and email your contact when it is done. From then on patients are asked at checkout whether to share their progress with you.
Funding memberships for patients
A clinic that wants to pay for memberships itself buys seat packs of 10 to 50 online, at the same prices companies pay and under the corporate terms. Each seat reaches a patient by invitation from the People tab.
The terms, briefly
- Free both ways: the clinic pays nothing and is paid nothing.
- Sharing is the patient's choice, and stops the moment they say so.
- Clinicians see only what the patient chose to share, and every read is logged.
- Either side can end the partnership by email. Every patient keeps their own membership and their data.
