A UK employer weighing up corporate wellness from a provider across the Irish Sea usually wants four things settled before the product itself: whether the price is in pounds, how the pack is paid for, which law the contract sits under and where staff data goes. TriageFit prices seats in sterling, takes payment by card and contracts through TriageMethod Ltd, a company registered in Ireland.

Seat prices in pounds

Each seat covers one person for a year of coaching, and the sterling ladder is set for the UK market rather than converted from euro: £450 a seat for 10 to 24 seats, £405 a seat for 25 to 49 seats, £375 a seat for 50 to 99 seats and £340 for 100 or more. The prices include VAT, and the band is set by the size of the whole pack, so every seat in it costs the same.

The smallest pack is 10 seats, which comes to £4,500 for the year. A pack of 25 lands in the second band at £405 a seat, £10,125 in all. The calculator on the business page works the total out before you sign in.

Paying for a pack in sterling

A pack billed in pounds is paid by card, with the first twelve months charged in full at checkout. Card details go to the payment provider and never touch TriageFit's servers. The seats open as soon as checkout completes, and each renewal is charged to the card on file at the start of the new term, after a reminder about thirty days beforehand. A renewing pack stays on the sterling ladder, at the band its seat count falls in on renewal day, and the price of a term you have paid never changes.

The invoice shows the Irish VAT inside the price on a line of its own. The corporate terms deal with a buyer established outside Ireland: where the supply is reverse-charged to that buyer, or falls outside the scope of Irish VAT, the invoice is reissued without the Irish VAT element and that element is refunded. To use it, tell us at checkout or within thirty days of the invoice, and give the VAT identification number the treatment rests on.

A contract with an Irish company

The contracting party is TriageMethod Ltd, and the corporate terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If something goes wrong, senior people on each side have thirty days to resolve it, and after that the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.

The data processing agreement is part of the same purchase. It binds from the first pack, and a countersigned copy is available for any organisation that needs one on file. It covers sub-processors, help with people's data rights, breach notice, deletion within thirty days, international transfers and audit, and it is governed by Irish law too. Where your team's data is processed

Processing is kept in the EU wherever TriageFit controls the region. The application and its database run in Frankfurt, and the AI coach runs in EU regions only. The sub-processor list names each provider behind the service and where it processes, and says so plainly where a provider operates globally, as the payment and email services do.

Organisation admins and billing admins must use two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and the security page sets out the rest. For the roster you hand over, TriageFit is your processor and acts on your instructions. For the coaching itself, it is the controller of each person's data, and nothing about any one person's use of it comes back to the company.

What each person gets from a seat

A seat is the full TriageFit membership on the person's own account, and it costs them nothing while the seat runs. An intake of about thirty minutes builds a programme in coach-designed phases around where they train, whether that is a commercial gym, a home gym, outdoors or bodyweight only, with food targets in the same plan. The weekly check-in takes a few minutes, a coaching message arrives within seconds of it, and a real coach reads the same check-in. Between check-ins the AI coach can shorten a session or move it to another day, and nothing changes until the person confirms it. A few answers in the intake's health screen put the programme on hold until the person's GP is content for them to start, and it is built when they confirm that in the app, with anything medical staying with that GP.

What reaches your HR team

The portal lists who holds a seat, who has accepted and when they joined, and how many seats are taken, free or held by an open invitation. Past the roster, the report gives participation as group figures for the team, such as how many people finished the intake and how many were active in the past month, and any figure with fewer than five people behind it is withheld. Admins who only handle billing cannot open the report. Taking a seat is voluntary under the terms, and the company tells people so when it invites them. How employee health data is kept private shows what each side holds.

A London agency's first month

Take a design agency in London with forty people. The operations lead expects most of the team to take part and buys 25 seats by card, then sends the invitations from the People tab and tells the team at the Monday meeting that taking part is optional and that the agency sees only the roster and group figures. Each invitation carries a seat and its link lasts seven days, and a resend issues a fresh one for anyone who missed it. Three weeks in, twenty-one have accepted, and the report counts how many have finished the intake without naming any of them. By the spring every seat is in use, and the agency adds five more from the Billing tab, charged pro rata for the rest of the year.
