Corporate wellness in Ireland, priced and invoiced in euro

For an Irish employer, the practical questions about a corporate wellness provider tend to arrive before the product ones: what currency the price is in, how the VAT appears on the invoice, which country's law governs the contract and where the staff data will be processed. TriageFit is run by TriageMethod Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, and the answers are euro, Irish VAT shown on its own line, the law of Ireland and the EU.

Seat prices in euro

A seat is a full coaching membership for one person for a year. The price is per seat, with Irish VAT included, and every seat in a pack takes the band the pack's size reaches: €500 a seat for 10 to 24 seats, €450 a seat for 25 to 49 seats, €415 a seat for 50 to 99 seats and €375 for 100 or more. The smallest pack is 10 seats, which comes to €5,000 for the year, and a pack of 25 comes to €11,250.

The figure the calculator shows is the total payable. The invoice breaks the VAT element out separately, and a VAT identification number given at checkout is printed on it. Packs can also be priced in pounds or dollars, and euro is the currency that opens up direct debit.

Card or SEPA direct debit

The first twelve months are paid in full at checkout, by card or, when the pack is billed in euro, by SEPA direct debit. Seats open as soon as checkout completes, so a pack paid by direct debit has its portal ready before the debit settles, and nobody waits on the bank to send invitations. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file at the start of the new term, and a reminder email goes out about thirty days before the pack renews. If a payment fails, the organisation has fourteen days to settle it before the pack lapses.

Irish law and the documents behind it

The corporate terms are governed by the law of Ireland. A dispute goes first to a senior person on each side, who have thirty days to settle it in good faith, and after that the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction. The data processing agreement is governed by Irish law as well, and it binds from your first purchase without a signature. If your organisation needs a countersigned copy on file, write from your billing contact address and signatures are exchanged on the published version.

Where the data is processed

Processing is kept in the EU wherever TriageFit controls the region. Application compute and the database run in Frankfurt, member uploads are stored under EU jurisdiction, error monitoring runs in Germany, and AI requests run in EU regions only, with a check that refuses to start a request against a region outside the EU. The sub-processor list gives the position for each provider, including the payment and email carriers, where no single region is pinned, and the agreement requires a recognised transfer mechanism for any processing outside the EEA.

There are two relationships, kept apart. For the roster you hand over, TriageMethod Ltd acts as your processor. For the coaching each person receives, it is the controller of their data, and the company never receives it. How employee health data is kept private covers the split in full.

What each person gets

Each seat opens a coaching membership that the person uses on their own account, with nothing to pay. An intake of about thirty minutes builds a programme in coach-designed phases, around wherever they train: a commercial gym, a home gym, outdoors or with no equipment at all. Food targets are matched to their metabolism, a real coach reads their weekly check-in, and the AI coach adjusts the week at any hour, with each change confirmed by the person first. Some answers in the intake's health screen, chest pain during exercise among them, keep the programme waiting for a yes from the person's GP, which they then record in the app, and that GP stays the person for anything medical.

What the company sees

The portal shows who holds a seat, how many are free and how enrolment is going, and the report gives participation as group figures, each one shown only when at least five people contribute to it. A company can label each invitation with a department, and the report then breaks figures down by department, with any department of fewer than five people withheld. Taking part is voluntary under the terms, and nobody at the company sees a person's training, check-ins, messages or health.
