A corporate wellness platform your company runs from one portal
TriageFit is a corporate wellness platform that a company buys online and runs from one portal in the browser, with the seat pack, the invitations, the roster and the team's group figures in one place. Each seat is a full coaching membership that the person uses on their own account. The terms, the data processing agreement and the security notes are published for HR and legal to read before anyone buys.

A corporate wellness platform is the part of a wellness benefit the company itself operates: the place where seats are bought, people are invited, uptake is followed and invoices are kept. TriageFit gives the buyer one portal in the browser for all of that, ready within a minute or two of checkout, and every seat in it is a coaching membership for training, food and recovery that the person uses privately.
Buying the seat pack online
The calculator on the business page works before you sign in. Choose a number of seats and it shows the price per seat and the total for the year, with VAT included. Every seat in the pack is priced at the band the pack's size falls into: €500 a seat for 10 to 24 seats, €450 a seat for 25 to 49 seats, €415 a seat for 50 to 99 seats and €375 for 100 or more.
To buy, you sign in or create an account, and that account becomes the pack's first admin. Checkout asks for the organisation's name, the number of seats and the currency, which can be euro, sterling or US dollars, and a checkbox accepts the corporate terms and the data processing agreement on the organisation's behalf. You pay by card, or by SEPA direct debit when the pack is billed in euro. The portal is ready a minute or two later, with a link on the page and the same link emailed to the billing address.
For more than 50 seats, the enquiry form on the same page reaches a person, who replies by email.
The portal, tab by tab
Everything after checkout happens in the organisation portal, which has five tabs.
| Tab | What it holds | Who opens it |
|---|---|---|
| Overview | Seats bought, taken, held by open invitations and free, the share of the team enrolled, and the renewal date | Every admin |
| People | Invitations one at a time or from a CSV file, resends, removals and a roster download | Organisation admins |
| Reports | Participation for the team as a whole, and group figures by department, none below five people | Organisation admins |
| Billing | The seat position, added seats, reductions at renewal, invoices, VAT details and the payment method | Every admin, with seat changes left to organisation admins |
| Settings | The organisation's details on record, the list of admins and the agreement that covers it | Organisation admins |
While the team is still joining, the Overview tab carries a short checklist for getting people in. It starts with announcing the benefit before any invitation goes out, with a ready-written announcement to copy and send, so the email arrives expected. Then come the invitations themselves, and then a nudge for the seats still waiting.
Admins and what each one reaches
Whoever buys the pack is its first organisation admin, and a second can be invited from the People tab with the role set to organisation admin. An organisation admin invites people, manages the seats and opens the group reports, and never reaches any one person's records.
A billing admin handles the subscription and the invoices and nothing else. A finance colleague in that role can settle the account from the Overview and Billing tabs, with the People and Reports tabs closed to them. Every admin sets up two-step sign-in with an authenticator app before the portal will open for them.
What reaches the company
The roster shows who holds a seat, who has accepted and when they joined. The report shows participation for the team as a whole, meaning how many joined, finished the intake and were active in the past month, and a figure appears only once at least five people contribute to it. Four optional labels can go on each invitation (department, site or region, employment type and tenure band), and the report uses the department label to break figures down, withholding any department smaller than five.
A person's training, check-ins, messages and health stay between them and TriageFit. Taking part is voluntary under the corporate terms: accepting a seat cannot be a condition of employment, whether someone joined cannot be used in decisions about them, and the company agrees not to try to identify anyone from the group figures. Employee health data privacy sets out the whole arrangement.
Where the data lives
The application and its database are hosted in Frankfurt, uploads are stored under EU jurisdiction and the AI requests behind the coaching run in EU regions only. Card and bank details go to the payment provider and never touch TriageFit's servers.
TriageFit is run by TriageMethod Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. For the roster, it processes data for the company under the data processing agreement, and for what each person logs in their own coaching, it is the controller in its own right.
The documents behind it
The paperwork a procurement review asks for is public, so HR and legal can read it before anyone commits. There are the corporate terms, the data processing agreement, the data flows, the security page, the sub-processor list and a one-page summary for whoever signs off the budget. The procurement checklist lists the questions to settle with them.
What sits behind each seat
Each seat opens a full TriageFit membership. The person completes an intake of about thirty minutes and gets a programme in coach-designed phases that fits the equipment they have, food targets matched to their metabolism and a weekly check-in that a real coach reads, and the AI coach answers at any hour. For a few answers in the intake's health screen, the programme is paused until the person's doctor says they can train, then built once they confirm it on their plan page. Anything medical is left to their GP.
It runs in the browser and can be added to a phone's home screen, so IT has nothing to roll out. The employee wellness app shows it from the employee's side.
When the pack needs to change
Seats can be added at any time from the Billing tab. New seats start straight away, the difference for the rest of the contract year is billed immediately, and from renewal the whole count bills as one. Growing into a lower-priced band reprices every seat from that invoice on.
Reductions are chosen ahead of renewal and take effect there, never below 10 seats and never below the seats people currently hold. Removing someone from the People tab returns their seat to the pack, and an invitation that expires unused frees its seat as well. A pack runs for twelve months, and a reminder goes out about thirty days before it renews.
How to start
Price a pack on the business page, buy it by card, or by direct debit in euro, and invite the team from the portal the same day. If you are still choosing between kinds of scheme, corporate wellness programmes compares the ones employers buy.
Questions people ask
- Who in our company can open the reports?
- Organisation admins can, and billing admins cannot. The report holds group figures only, a figure appears only once at least five people contribute to it, and no admin of any kind reaches one person's training, check-ins, messages or health.
- How quickly is the portal ready after we pay?
- Within a minute or two of checkout. The link appears on the page and is emailed to the billing address, and invitations can go out as soon as it opens. When a pack is paid by SEPA direct debit, the portal opens at checkout while the payment settles.
- Can our finance team handle invoices without seeing anything else?
- Yes. Invite them from the People tab as a billing admin. That role reaches the seat position and the Billing tab, which opens the invoice history, the VAT details on each invoice and the payment method, and it cannot invite people, change seats or open the reports.
- What happens to a seat when someone leaves the company?
- Remove them from the People tab and the seat goes back to the pack, ready for someone new, while the person keeps access as their plan winds down. Invitations work the same way: one that expires unused frees its seat, and a resend issues a fresh link with a new seven-day window.
