Online coaching for men who want muscle, strength or less fat
TriageFit is an online personal trainer for men who want to build muscle, get stronger or lose fat, with the training and the food coached as one plan. Your programme is built from your own intake, your targets adjust each week, a coach reviews your lifts on video and a real coach reads your weekly check-in. It costs €50 / 4 weeks.

Most men looking for an online personal trainer want one of three things: more muscle, bigger numbers on the bar or a leaner body, and often all three in some order. What gets in the way is rarely motivation. It is a programme that stopped working months ago, food that nobody is tracking against a goal and nobody noticing when the weeks start slipping. TriageFit coaches all of it together, from a programme built for you to a coach who reads how your week went.
A programme built from your answers
It starts with an intake of about thirty minutes covering your goals, what you have trained before, injuries, your working week and your equipment. The programme is chosen from shapes our coaches wrote, each setting the split, the order of the lifts, the rep ranges, the tempo and the rest, and every slot is filled from a library of 382 exercises to suit your gym and your level. It runs in coach-designed phases of four to six weeks that keep cycling for as long as you train.
Muscle, strength or fat loss
The same app coaches each goal differently. Building muscle means phases with the volume to grow and food set so your weight moves up at the pace your goal needs. Getting stronger puts the main lifts at the centre, with performance testing to measure the result. Losing fat keeps the lifting progressing while your calorie target comes down, so the muscle you have is still asked to work. If your priority changes, ask the AI coach and it proposes a new goal, rebuilding your programme and targets once you confirm.
Lifts checked by a coach
Film a set and send it as a form check, and a coach reviews it. Every exercise comes with coaching cues and the main lifts have video, so you know what the coach is looking for before you press record. Progressive overload tracking keeps every set you log, and the record shows plainly whether a lift is climbing or has stalled.
Food that follows your results
Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism, and your macros adjust from week to week as your logged food and weight show a trend. Protein is spread across your day, and meals you eat often can be saved with their macros, which makes logging a normal week quick. If you have been in a deficit for a long stretch, the app detects it and offers a diet break.
Recovery you can see
The effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering. Sleep, resting heart rate and daily readiness sit beside your training, and if you wear an Apple Watch, a Garmin, a Whoop, an Oura ring or a Fitbit, you can upload an export and the coaching reads it the same day. Stress check-ins sit in the same place, so a hard month at work is on the record next to the training it disrupted.
A week that bends
When a meeting eats your evening, the AI coach can trim the session to the time you have or move it to another day. When you travel it can build a programme for the hotel gym, and when you are ill it can take the week off. Every change is a proposal you confirm, and for a niggle it proposes a swap and tells you when a physio should see it.
The check-in a coach reads
Once a week, on your chosen day, your check-in takes a few minutes. Your logged sessions are already there, and you add how the week went, a weigh-in if you want one, a win and five quick ratings. Within seconds you have a coaching message on the week and your next week rebuilt around it, and a real coach reads the same check-in. Coaches also answer questions in the group, and group challenges run through the year.
A twelve-week stretch
Say you are 34, lifting three times a week on a programme you found online, and nothing has moved since spring. Your intake records the stalled bench and the knee that dislikes deep lunges. The first phase builds volume with the lunges swapped out, your targets put you in a small deficit, and by week six your photos and body-composition trend show the fat coming off while the bench starts moving again. A heavy work fortnight in week nine is handled with two trimmed sessions rather than a lost month.
What it costs
All of it is one plan at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year, VAT included, with no add-ons for form checks or nutrition. An online personal trainer's cost compares it with the other ways to pay for coaching.
Getting started
Go to the pricing page, choose a plan, set up your account and pay, and the intake follows. Online strength coaching goes deeper on the main lifts, and a personal trainer for men over 40 covers training around a busier, older body.
Questions people ask
- Can I train for muscle and fat loss at the same time?
- Yes, that is a body recomposition, and TriageFit coaches it with training that keeps progressing, targets that adjust each week and body-composition trends that show both changes. If one goal matters more, the AI coach can change your goal and rebuild the plan once you confirm.
- Do I need a full gym?
- No. The intake records the equipment you have, and every slot in your programme is filled with exercises you can do with it. If you join a gym or buy kit later, ask the AI coach for an equipment change and confirm the updated programme.
- How often does a real coach look at my training?
- Every week. A real coach reads your weekly check-in, and coaches review the form-check videos you send and answer questions in the group. The AI coach answers at any hour in between and proposes changes for you to confirm.
