Strength and conditioning coaching you can follow online
TriageFit is an online strength and conditioning coach that builds your programme in coach-designed phases, tracks your progression on the main lifts and has a coach review your form on video. Conditioning, mobility and recovery sit in the same plan, and a real coach reads your weekly check-in. It costs €50 / 4 weeks.

A good strength and conditioning coach does two jobs at once. They write training that gets you stronger over months rather than weeks, and they watch closely enough to change it when your body or your schedule says the plan is wrong. Online coaching usually does one of those well. TriageFit is built to do both, with the programme written in phases our coaches designed and the adjusting done every week from your own data.
Phases on the main lifts
Your programme comes from a thirty-minute intake about your goals, your training history, your injuries, your week and your equipment. It runs in coach-designed phases of four to six weeks that keep cycling for as long as you train, and each phase sets the rep ranges, the tempo, the rest and the order of the lifts on each day. The main lifts sit at the centre of it, and everything else in the session is chosen to support them.
Progression you can see
Progressive overload tracking keeps the record of every set you log, so you can see whether your squat, your press and your pull are moving across a phase or quietly stalling. Performance testing records where you are on the lifts that matter, so a phase ends with something measured rather than a feeling that things went well.
Form checks on video
Send a video of a lift and a coach reviews it. Strength training is technical, and the faults that cost you most are the ones you cannot feel mid-rep: a bar path that drifts, a brace that gives way on the last rep, hips that rise before the chest. Each of the 382 exercises in the library has coaching cues, and the main lifts have video, so you know what good looks like before you film yourself.
Conditioning that leaves the lifting alone
Conditioning in TriageFit is easy-pace cardio that builds your aerobic fitness without eating into the recovery your lifting needs. The app gives you a heart-rate band set for you, so the easy work stays easy. It can go at the end of a session as a finisher or on days of its own, and if you want your lifting days kept clean, say so in the intake or tell the AI coach later.
Mobility for the positions you lift in
Before a session you can run a short warm-up circuit matched to what that session trains, with any tight areas you flag worked in. A separate mobility programme, built from a short movement screen, works on your tightest ranges and progresses as they open up, which is where a squat that will not hit depth or an overhead press that arches your back usually gets fixed.
Recovery read from your data
The effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering. Sleep, resting heart rate and daily readiness are tracked beside your training, and your recovery guidance takes heart-rate variability into account if you import data from Apple, Garmin, Whoop, Oura or Fitbit. Easier weeks go in when you need them. If fatigue has built up, the AI coach can give you a recovery week, which you confirm.
Eating to perform
Strength needs food. Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism, your macros adjust each week, and protein is spread across your day, whether you are holding your weight, building or making a weight class. Meals you eat often can be saved with their macros, and if you have been in a deficit for a long stretch, the app detects it and offers a diet break at maintenance.
Weeks that do not go to plan
Travel, illness and busy stretches are part of any training year. Tell the AI coach and it can shorten a session to the time you have, move a day, build a programme you can run in a hotel gym or take the week off while you are ill, each as a proposal you confirm. The check-in then reads the week as it really went.
The long game
Strength is built over years rather than phases, and the rest of the app is built for that stretch. The habit system uses if-then plans, 48 lessons from our course material cover the mind side of training, and quarterly and annual reviews look back over the months your log now holds. Group challenges run through the year, and questions to the coaching team are answered in the open, so the answer to yours is there for the next lifter who has it.
A coach reading the week
Your weekly check-in takes a few minutes on the day you choose, with your logged sessions already in it. A coaching message arrives within seconds, your next week is rebuilt around it, and a real coach reads the same check-in. For pain, the AI coach proposes a swap that works around the problem and tells you when a physio should see it.
What it costs and how to start
All of it, from the programme and form checks to conditioning, nutrition and the AI coach, is one plan at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year, VAT included. The best strength training apps sets TriageFit against the rest.
Choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens. The AI workout planner explains how the programme is built, and online bodybuilding coaching is for training towards size.
