Online personal training built around a weekly review
TriageFit is online personal training built from one intake and a weekly review. Your programme comes from what you tell us, a coach reviews the form-check videos you send, and a real coach reads your check-in before the next week is rebuilt. It costs €50 / 4 weeks, with VAT included and the coaching in the one plan.

An online personal trainer does the same four jobs as one in a gym: writes your programme, watches your technique, reviews how the week went and changes the plan when something is not working. TriageFit does all four at a distance. It builds your programme, answers at any hour and rebuilds your plan every week from your check-in, and a real coach reads the check-in and reviews your form videos, so the work carries on between the weeks as well as at the end of them.
The programme, written from your intake
A trainer in a gym usually starts with an assessment. Ours is an intake of about thirty minutes, which asks what you want, what training you have done before, any injuries you carry, how your week is laid out and what equipment you can use. You can save it partway and come back. Your programme is built from those answers, in coach-designed phases of four to six weeks that keep cycling for as long as you train, and if the health screen raises something serious, the build waits on your GP's go-ahead, which you confirm on your plan page.
Inside a session each exercise has its coaching cues, and the main lifts have video. The library holds 382 exercises, which matters on the day the rack you need is taken and the swap has to do the same job.
Form checks, reviewed by a coach
In a gym, a trainer corrects your form while you move. Online, you film a set on your phone and send it in, and a coach reviews the video and tells you what to change. It earns its keep on the lifts where a small fault adds up over months, such as a squat that tips forward, a hinge that rounds through the back or a press that drifts off line, and once you have worked on the fix you can film it again.
The weekly review
Every week you check in. It takes a few minutes and walks through what you set out to focus on, the sessions you did and how they felt, what else went on in your life that week, your habits and food, an optional weigh-in and the win you want on the record. You rate your energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress as you go.
TriageFit writes you a coaching message about the week within seconds of sending it, a real coach reads the check-in as well, and your next week is rebuilt around what it shows. The review covers every session you logged that week, including the ones you did on your own at six in the morning, so the coach sees the whole of your training and the life around it.
Changes between reviews
Between check-ins, the AI coach makes the changes a trainer would make if they were standing next to you. If you have forty minutes instead of an hour, it trims the session. If Thursday has gone, it moves the session to another day. When you are away with a hotel gym, it proposes a programme you can do there, and when your knee is sore it proposes a swap and tells you when a physio should look at it.
Every change is a proposal. You see it, you confirm it, and only then does the plan move, which keeps you in charge of your own training at any hour of the day.
The group between check-ins
A trainer in a gym works with you alone. Membership here also puts you in a group with the coaches in it, where you can ask the coaching team a question and the answer is posted in the open, so the next member with the same question finds it waiting. Group challenges run there as well, which gives anyone who trains better in company something to chase alongside other members.
What it costs
TriageFit is €50 every 4 weeks, roughly €54 a month, or €500 if you pay for the year at once. VAT is included and there is one plan, so the form checks, the weekly review, the group and the AI coach come with every membership.
What online personal training costs sets that price against the other ways to buy coaching online, and online against in-person training covers what each format does well, for anyone deciding between the two.
Who it suits
It suits someone who trains better with a plan and a person checking it, and who wants that every week of the year. It also suits people who already have a gym they like and want the programming and the review without changing where they train, and people at home with a small rack of dumbbells who need a programme built from exactly that. People who have trained with a gym trainer before often want the same attention on the days between sessions, and the weekly review gives them that.
How to start
Pick the block or the annual plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake follows. Your first programme is built from it, and you check in once a week from then on. If you want the full picture of a TriageFit week before you choose, online fitness coaching walks through it, and weekly check-in coaching goes deeper on the review.
Questions people ask
- Is an online personal trainer as good as one in the gym?
- They do different things well. A trainer beside you can correct a rep as it happens, and online coaching reviews every session you log across the whole week, with a coach still checking your form from video. If you already know your way around a gym, the weekly review and the changes made from it may matter more to you than having someone beside you for each rep.
- How do form checks work?
- Film the set on your phone and send it in. A coach reviews the video and tells you what to change, and you can film it again once you have worked on the fix. Form checks come with the membership, alongside the weekly check-in, the group and the AI coach.
- Can I train at home with an online personal trainer?
- Yes. The intake asks what equipment you have, and your programme is built from it, whether that is a full gym, a few dumbbells or your own bodyweight. If your setup changes, the AI coach proposes an equipment change to your programme for you to confirm.
- How quickly does my plan change when something goes wrong?
- As soon as you tell the AI coach. It can trim a session, move one to another day, swap an exercise or take the week off when you are ill, and each change is a proposal you confirm. Bigger changes come through the weekly check-in, which a coach reads before your next week is rebuilt.
