An AI personal trainer that works inside a coach-designed method

TriageFit is an AI personal trainer that answers at any hour, proposes changes to your plan that move only once you confirm them, and writes you a coaching message after every weekly check-in. It works inside phases our coaches designed, and a real coach reads your check-in as well. It costs €50 / 4 weeks, with all of it in one plan.

An AI personal trainer is most useful for the questions that arrive at awkward times: the session you have to cut short, the machine somebody else is on, the knee that aches on the stairs the morning after legs. TriageFit's AI coach answers those at any hour, and it can make the change to your plan once you confirm it. It does that inside a method our coaches designed, and a real coach reads your check-in every week as well.

What the AI coach can change

Every change it makes is a proposal you confirm. On the training side it can swap an exercise, remove one, add one you ask for, trim a session to the time you have, move a session to another day, change how many days a week you train, or step the intensity up or down. On the food side it can step your calories, change your macro split, reflect a change in how you eat and offer a diet break. For bigger shifts it can rebuild the programme, change your goal, update the equipment you have or change the day you check in.

It handles the weeks that fall apart as well. If you are ill it can take the week off. If you are travelling it switches you to a programme you can do where you are. If you need an easier week it can give you a recovery week, and if your cycle is making a week harder it can take the intensity out.

It also saves you typing. Tell it what you did and it logs the workout, your weight, your mobility work or your supplements, and it corrects a set you entered wrong.

An ordinary week with it

On Monday the rack your squats need is taken, so you tell the AI coach and it proposes a movement that trains the same thing with the equipment that is free, which you confirm before carrying on. On Wednesday a meeting runs late and you have thirty-five minutes, so it proposes a shorter version of the session. On Friday you slept badly and ask for something easier, and it proposes a lighter session for the day. On Sunday you check in, a coaching message about your week arrives within seconds, a real coach reads the check-in as well, and the next week is rebuilt around the week you actually had rather than the one that was planned.

The method it works inside

Your training comes from phases our coaches designed, each running four to six weeks and cycling for as long as you train, and the programme is built from your own intake. Each phase sets the split of your week, the order of the movements, the rep ranges, the tempo and the rest, and your programme fills those slots with exercises that suit your equipment, your injuries and your level. The AI coach works inside that structure. It trims, moves and swaps within your programme, and the programme itself comes from the coaches' method and the answers you gave.

Progressive overload tracking keeps the record of what you lifted and whether it moved, and the effort you are asked for adjusts to how you are recovering. The insights it draws are learned from your own data alone, so what it tells you about your sleep or your training comes from your own weeks.

Where people take over

Some decisions belong with people, and the AI coach hands those on. If you describe pain, it proposes a swap that works around it and tells you when a physio should see it. When you want a human answer, it can message the coaching team for you, and it can report a problem with the app. Coaching through pregnancy is declined and referred on to Triage Method, and your GP or midwife is the person to ask about training in that time.

A real coach alongside it

Once a week you check in. It takes a few minutes and covers your sessions and how they felt, what else went on, your habits and food, and quick ratings for energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress. A coaching message about your week arrives within seconds of sending it, and your next week is rebuilt around what it showed. A real coach reads the same check-in, so a person sees how your week went as well as the software.

Coaches also review the form-check videos you send and answer questions in the group, where members ask the coaching team and the answers are given in the open. The AI coach covers the hours in between, so a question at eleven at night gets an answer then, and the things that need a person's eye still reach one.

What it costs

The AI coach is part of the one TriageFit plan, which costs €50 every 4 weeks or €500 for the year, with VAT included. Every member gets the AI coach and the real coach together, and on the block plan that comes to about €12.50 a week.

If you are weighing an app against a person, AI against human coaching sets out what each does well, and an app against a personal trainer compares what each costs over a year.

How to start

Choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens. Once your programme is built the AI coach is there from your first session, and your weekly check-in starts in the first week. Online fitness coaching sets out how a whole week runs, and the AI workout planner goes deeper on how the programme is put together.

Questions people ask

Is the AI personal trainer available all day?
Yes, at any hour. It answers questions, proposes changes to your training or your food, and logs what you tell it. Each change is a proposal you confirm, so nothing in your plan moves without you, and for anything that needs a person it can message the coaching team for you.
Does a human ever look at my training?
Every week. A real coach reads your check-in, reviews any form-check videos you send and answers questions in the group. If your health screen raises something serious, such as chest pain during exercise, the programme waits until your doctor clears you to train, and it is built as soon as you let the app know.
What happens if I tell the AI coach something hurts?
It proposes a swap that works around the pain and tells you when a physio should look at it. Diagnosis is for a physio or your GP, so if the pain carries on, see one and mention it in your check-in so a coach reads it too.
Can the AI coach change my nutrition as well?
Yes. It can step your calorie target, change your macro split, reflect a change in how you eat and offer a diet break, and each change is a proposal you confirm. Your macros also adjust each week from your check-in, so the food side moves with your results.
