Fitness and nutrition coaching from one weekly check-in
TriageFit coaches your fitness and nutrition as one plan, so your calorie and macro targets move with the same weekly check-in that moves your training. It answers food and training questions at any hour and writes you a coaching message after every check-in, which a real coach reads as well. It costs €50 / 4 weeks, with both sides in the one plan.

A fitness and nutrition coach earns the name when the two sides talk to each other: a hard training week changes what you should eat, and a stalled scale changes how you should train. TriageFit coaches both from one intake and one weekly check-in, so your food targets and your programme move together inside one app.
Targets set from your intake
Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism from what you tell us in the intake, and from then on it is checked against what actually happens to your weight. Your protein, carbohydrate and fat targets are set from it, and protein is spread across your day so that most of it is not landing at dinner.
The targets are numbers you eat to with your own food, so a family dinner, a work lunch and a night out all count against the same day's targets. You log what you eat against them, and meals you eat often can be saved with their macros, so the Tuesday lunch you have every week takes one tap to log.
The weekly adjustment
Once a week you check in, and the same check-in covers both sides. You report your sessions and how they felt, your habits and nutrition, an optional weigh-in and ratings for energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress. The check-in asks how your eating went that week alongside the training, so a week of late dinners and skipped lunches is on the record next to the sessions it affected. Your macros adjust each week from what that shows, and your training is rebuilt around it too.
A week of poor sleep and low energy shows why the two belong together. It might mean the deficit is biting too hard, or it might mean work is heavy and the training needs to ease for a week, and with both sides in one check-in the answer can come from either. If you have been dieting for a long stretch, the app detects it and offers a diet break.
Training that progresses beside it
The training half is a programme built from your intake in coach-designed phases, with progressive overload tracking on what you lift and effort that adjusts to how you are recovering. Both halves are set from the same goal you gave in the intake, so the targets and the training pull in the same direction, whether that goal is losing fat, building muscle or getting stronger.
Between check-ins
Food questions rarely wait for the weekly check-in, and TriageFit answers them at any hour. It can step your calories, change your macro split or offer a diet break, and if you stop eating meat or change how you eat in some other way, it proposes targets that reflect it. On the training side it can trim, move or swap a session in the same conversation. Each change is a proposal you confirm, so your targets move only when you say so.
Logging stays light as well. Anything you log during the week is already filled in when you check in, and a coaching message about the week arrives within seconds of sending it, with the food and the training read together. A real coach reads the same check-in, so both halves of your week are in front of a person as well.
A month where both sides move
Picture four weeks in which your weight has held steady while your lifts keep climbing. Read as a training question nothing needs changing, and read as a food question the targets may need a nudge, so the weekly adjustment weighs which matters more for the goal you set. Now picture the opposite month, with the scale dropping quickly, sessions feeling flat and your energy ratings sliding. That pattern suggests the food side is asking too much, and the next adjustment can ease the targets while the programme carries on. A coach who only saw your food log, or only saw your training log, would be guessing at half of that.
Where nutrition coaching stops
Nutrition coaching here works with targets and habits. A medical condition, a deficiency or a diet your doctor has set belongs with your GP or a dietitian, and the coaching works around what they tell you. If you take a GLP-1 medication, the coaching supports you alongside it, and your prescriber stays in charge of the medicine. Supplements you take can be logged by telling the AI coach, and whether you need one in the first place is a question for your GP or pharmacist.
If a condition affects how you eat, say so in the intake, where it is recorded and in view whenever the AI coach answers you, and your GP stays the person for diagnosis and treatment.
What it costs and how to start
Training and nutrition come in one plan at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year, VAT included, so you pay once for both. What a nutrition coach costs sets that against paying for nutrition coaching alone.
To start, choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens. The full week is laid out on online fitness coaching. If food is the main thing you want help with, online nutrition coaching goes further into the targets, and macro coaching covers the numbers week to week.
Questions people ask
- Do I get a meal plan?
- You get targets to eat to, set for you: a calorie target matched to your metabolism, macros that adjust each week and protein spread across your day. You choose the food and log it, and meals you eat often can be saved with their macros so logging stays quick.
- How often do my nutrition targets change?
- Your macros adjust each week from your check-in, which covers your weigh-in if you log one, how your training felt, your energy, your sleep and your stress. You can also ask the AI coach at any time to step your calories or change your macro split, and it proposes the change for you to confirm.
- Can I be coached on nutrition if I have a medical condition?
- The coaching works with targets and habits, alongside whatever your GP, consultant or dietitian has set. Tell us about the condition in the intake so the coaching has it in view, and keep your doctor as the person who decides anything medical.
- Is this the same as seeing a dietitian?
- A dietitian is a regulated clinical professional who can treat medical conditions through diet. TriageFit coaches targets and habits for people who want to change their body composition or perform better, and anything clinical belongs with your GP or a dietitian.
