Macro coaching with targets that move every week
TriageFit is a macro coach that sets your targets from your metabolism and moves them every week with what your weight does. Saved meals keep logging quick, your training sits in the same plan, and a real coach reads your check-in. It costs €50 / 4 weeks.

Counting macros is easy to start and hard to keep useful. An app gives you a set of numbers, you hit them for a month, and then the results stop and the numbers stay exactly where they were. What a macro coach adds is the decision about what to change and when, made from your own results rather than a formula you set up once and forgot. That decision is what TriageFit makes every week.
Where your numbers come from
Your intake takes about thirty minutes and covers your goal, your training, your history and your week. Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism from it, and your macros are set around your goal and the training you do. That is the opening position. It is written to be corrected by your own data, and it is.
Why the numbers move
At every weekly check-in your macros adjust against what your weight actually did. If the trend matches your goal, the targets hold. If it has stalled, or is moving faster than your goal needs, they change. The coaching message that arrives within seconds of the check-in says what moved, so you are never left wondering why Tuesday's numbers differ from last Tuesday's.
It works in both directions. Someone building muscle whose weight is not moving gets more food, and someone dieting whose loss has stalled for weeks gets a smaller target or, after a long enough stretch, the offer of a diet break at maintenance.
Changing the split
The balance between protein, carbohydrate and fat can change too. If you would rather eat more fat and fewer carbohydrates, or your training has changed shape, ask the AI coach to change your macro split. It proposes the change, and nothing moves until you confirm it. Protein is spread across your day whichever split you choose. You can ask for a different split at any point, and every proposal shows you the new numbers before you decide whether to take it.
Logging without the grind
The reason most people stop counting is the logging, not the maths. Meals you eat often can be saved with their macros, so the breakfast you have most days is one tap, and a recipe you have saved logs as a serving. Anything you log during the week is already filled in when you check in, so the weekly review takes a few minutes.
When your goal changes
Goals change. A diet ends and you want to build, or a summer of maintenance turns into a cut. Tell the AI coach and it proposes a change of goal. Once you confirm it, your targets move to the new goal, and your programme is rebuilt around it from your next block. You do not start again from a blank page, because the weeks of data you already have carry across.
Habits that make the numbers easier
Hitting a number every day is easier when the day is built for it. The habit system ties new habits to moments already in your day with if-then plans, such as preparing lunch while the kettle boils, and journaling and the 48 lessons from our course material cover the thinking side of eating well for months rather than weeks.
Your training in the same plan
Macros that ignore your training are guesses. Your programme is built from the same intake, in coach-designed phases, and progressive overload tracking shows whether your lifts are moving. A heavy week and an easy one both appear in your check-in beside your food, so the coaching reads what you ate against what you asked your body to do.
A person reading the trend
A real coach reads the same check-in as the software. If you are hitting your numbers and still feel flat, or your sleep and stress ratings are sliding while your targets are dropping, a person sees it. Coaches also answer questions in the group, in the open.
A month of macro coaching
Say you start a diet in March. The first two check-ins hold your targets because your weight is dropping at the pace your goal needs. In the third week you travel for work and log less, and the check-in reads that as a week of thin data rather than a reason to cut. By the fifth week the trend has stalled for a fortnight and your targets drop a step, with the coaching message explaining the change. None of it needed you to open a spreadsheet.
What it costs
One plan covers the macro coaching, the training and everything else: €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year, VAT included. If you already pay for a macro app, what MacroFactor costs and TriageFit against MacroFactor compare the two.
How to start
Choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens straight after. Online nutrition coaching covers the food side in full, and fat loss coaching covers dieting while you lift.
Questions people ask
- How are my macros worked out?
- Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism from your intake answers, and your macros are set around your goal and the training you do. From the first week they are checked against what your weight actually does and adjusted at each weekly check-in.
- Can I choose my own macro split?
- Yes. Ask the AI coach to change your macro split and it proposes the change for you to confirm. Protein stays spread across your day whichever split you choose, and your targets keep adjusting each week from your results.
- What if I miss a few days of logging?
- A week with thin data is read as exactly that, and your targets do not move on a guess. Log what you can, and the check-in fills in from whatever you did record. If you miss a check-in, a warmer catch-up nudge follows.
