Weekly check-in coaching that rebuilds your next week
TriageFit's weekly check-in coaching takes a few minutes on the day you choose, and a coaching message about your week arrives within seconds of sending it. A real coach reads the same check-in, and your next week of training and food is rebuilt around what it shows. It comes with every membership, at €50 / 4 weeks.

Weekly check-in coaching works because a week is long enough to show a pattern and short enough to catch one before it costs you a month. In TriageFit the check-in is the centre of the coaching: once a week, on the day you choose, you tell us how it went, and your plan for the next week is rebuilt around the answer.
What the check-in asks
It takes a few minutes. You start with your focus for the week and then go through the sessions you did and how they felt, what else was going on in your life, how your habits and nutrition went, an optional weigh-in and a win worth recording. Five quick ratings finish it, for energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress.
None of it asks you to write an essay. Most of it is taps and short answers, and the ratings take seconds, which is why members keep doing it in the weeks that are going badly as well as the good ones.
Most of it is already filled in
Anything you log during the week is waiting in the check-in when you open it. The sessions you trained, the weight you recorded and the cardio you did are pre-filled, so you are adding how the week felt, not re-typing what happened.
Who reads it
TriageFit reads it first. A coaching message about your week arrives within seconds of sending the check-in, written from what you reported and what you logged, and it covers the training and the food together.
A real coach reads the same check-in, so something that needs a person, such as a pain that keeps coming back, is in front of one. That matters most in the weeks when something is off: a run of poor sleep, a niggle that keeps coming up, a stretch where motivation is sliding. The software rebuilds the plan, and a person sees how you are getting on.
A check-in from the inside
Say it is your check-in day and the week was mixed: three of four sessions done, the fourth lost to a late meeting, two short nights and a weekend that went off plan on food. The three sessions are already there from your logs. You add that the deadlifts felt heavy, note the late meeting, rate your sleep and stress, skip the weigh-in and record a win, the first week you trained before work. The coaching message arrives within seconds and reads the missed session next to the meeting and the short nights, and the week that follows is rebuilt from what you reported rather than from what was planned.
What changes because of it
Your next week is rebuilt around what the check-in showed, and the effort each session asks for keeps adjusting to how you are recovering. If your weight has not moved in the direction of your goal, your macros adjust. If you have been dieting for a long stretch, the app can detect it and offer a diet break. None of this waits for a monthly review, so the plan never drifts more than a week away from the life you are actually living.
Why weekly suits a full life
Daily coaching sounds attentive, and in practice it turns into a job: a form every morning, a message every evening and guilt on the days you miss. A weekly rhythm asks for a few minutes once, and the rest of the week is training. When your check-in comes due you get a plain reminder, and if you miss a week, the next nudge is a warmer one that helps you catch up without starting over.
The week between check-ins is still covered. The AI coach answers at any hour, and it can shorten a session, move one to another day or swap an exercise, each as a proposal you confirm. The win you record each week stays on the record too, so a hard month still has evidence of what went right. In the middle of the week a short note from the AI coach appears on your dashboard with a look at how it is going so far, so a slipping week is noticed before it ends.
What it costs
The weekly check-in comes with every TriageFit membership, alongside the programme, the food targets, the form checks, the group and the AI coach. The price is €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year with VAT included, and you can pause or cancel from inside the app. On the block plan that comes to about €12.50 a week.
A fitness accountability app covers the group and the coaches in it, and online fitness coaching shows how the check-in sits in a whole week.
How to start
Choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens. When your programme is built you pick your check-in day, and your first check-in comes round at the end of your first week.
Questions people ask
- How long does the weekly check-in take?
- A few minutes. Anything you logged during the week is already filled in, so you add how the sessions felt, how your habits and food went, an optional weigh-in, a win and five quick ratings for energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress.
- Can I choose which day I check in?
- Yes. You pick the day when your programme is built, and if your week changes shape later, ask the AI coach to change your check-in day. It proposes the change and you confirm it before anything moves.
- What happens if I miss a check-in?
- Nothing is lost. You get a plain reminder when the check-in comes due, and if a week goes by without one, the next nudge is a warmer catch-up that helps you pick up where you left off rather than start again.
- Does a person actually read my check-in?
- Yes. TriageFit writes you a coaching message within seconds of each check-in, and a real coach reads the same check-in as well. Coaches also review the form-check videos you send and answer questions in the group.
