A fitness coach that uses the data from your wearable
TriageFit is a fitness coach that uses the data from your wearable: export a file from Apple, Garmin, Whoop, Oura or Fitbit, upload it, and your sleep, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate sit beside your training. The effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering, and a real coach reads your weekly check-in. It costs €50 / 4 weeks.

Most people who own a watch or a ring have months of sleep and heart-rate data that nobody coaches them with. The device scores your night, the training app ignores the score, and the numbers never change what you do in the gym. A fitness coach that uses wearable data should close that gap, and in TriageFit your device's data sits in the same plan as your training, your food and your weekly check-in.
How your data gets here
You export a file from your device's own app and upload it. There is no account to link and no permission to grant, TriageFit never holds a login for Apple, Garmin, Whoop, Oura or Fitbit, and nothing is pulled in the background. Before anything is imported you see exactly what the file contains, so nothing reaches us that you did not hand over yourself.
The app shows where each device keeps its export and which files it can read. Your coaching reads the data the same day you upload it.
What the coaching reads
The import brings in sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and activity. Sleep is tracked for regularity as well as quality, because a week of late and early nights tells you more than one good night does. Heart-rate variability and resting heart rate feed into daily readiness, and all of it sits beside your training log, so a poor night and a flat session appear on the same page. Activity from the device comes in too, so the walking on a day with no session is on the record as well.
What changes because of it
The effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering, and your recovery guidance takes heart-rate variability into account. The insights the app draws are learned from your own data alone, so what it tells you about your sleep or your readiness comes from your own nights and your own training, not from an average of other people.
Your weekly check-in then puts the device's picture next to your own. You rate your energy, recovery, sleep and stress every week, and your next week is rebuilt around what the check-in shows. A coaching message about the week arrives within seconds of sending it, and a real coach reads the same check-in, so a run of short nights is seen by a person as well as by the software.
If a week is clearly getting away from you, tell the AI coach. It can give you a recovery week, take the intensity out of a session or give you the week off when you are ill, and each change is a proposal you confirm.
A fortnight with the data in it
Say your ring shows two weeks of broken sleep while a project at work runs late. Uploaded, those nights sit on the same page as the sessions that followed them, and your readiness reflects them. At your check-in you rate your sleep and stress low as well, the coaching message reads the two together, and a real coach sees the same fortnight. If you ask the AI coach for an easier stretch, it proposes a recovery week for you to confirm, and when the project ends, the next export you upload shows the nights settling.
Your data stays yours
Only the export you upload reaches us. TriageMethod Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, is the data controller under Irish and EU data protection law, and you can export everything you have logged or delete your account from Settings.
It works without a device as well
The import is optional. Your programme, your food targets and your weekly check-in all run on what you tell us and what you log, and you can log your sleep by hand and record your own measurements at any time. A member who never uploads anything gets the same coaching. The import saves you answering questions the app can read from the file, and it gives the sleep and recovery tracking more to go on.
The rest of the plan
The data is there to serve the coaching, and the coaching covers everything else too. Your programme is built from a thirty-minute intake in phases our coaches designed. Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism and your macros adjust each week. Coaches review the form-check videos you send and answer questions in the group, and the AI coach answers at any hour.
What it costs and how to start
Imports come with every membership at no extra cost, inside the one plan at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year with VAT included. If you pay for a device subscription as well, what Whoop costs and TriageFit set against Whoop compare the two.
To start, choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens. Once your programme is built you can upload your first export. Online fitness coaching walks through a whole week as a member.
Questions people ask
- Which wearables can I import data from?
- Apple, Garmin, Whoop, Oura and Fitbit. You export a file from the device's own app and upload it, and the app shows you where each one keeps its export. You see what the file contains before anything is imported.
- Does TriageFit connect to my device account?
- No. There is no account to link and no login we hold, and nothing is pulled in the background. You export a file and upload it yourself, so the only data we have from your device is the data you chose to hand over.
- Do I need a wearable to be coached?
- No. Your programme, food targets and weekly check-in all run on what you tell us and what you log, and you can log sleep by hand. A member who never imports anything gets the same coaching, with less for the sleep and recovery tracking to go on.
- What does the coaching do with my heart-rate variability?
- It sits beside your resting heart rate and your sleep in your daily readiness, and your recovery guidance takes it into account. The effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering, and anything the app tells you about it is learned from your own data alone.
