A fitness accountability app built around your weekly check-in

TriageFit is a fitness accountability app built around a weekly check-in: it rebuilds your next week from what you report, writes you a coaching message about it, and a real coach reads it too. You train in a group with coaches in it, where questions are answered in the open. It costs €50 / 4 weeks, with the coaching and the app in one plan.

A fitness accountability app works when something would notice if you stopped. Streaks and badges help for a while, and most people learn to tune them out within a few weeks. TriageFit builds its accountability around a weekly check-in that changes your plan, a real coach who reads it, and a group with coaches in it.

A check-in that changes your next week

Once a week, on the day you choose, you check in. It takes a few minutes and asks what you set out to focus on, the sessions you did and how they felt, what else was going on, your habits and nutrition, an optional weigh-in and your win for the week. You rate your energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress as you go, and whatever you logged through the week is already there, so nothing gets typed twice.

TriageFit reads it first. A written coaching message about your week arrives within seconds of sending it, and your next week is rebuilt around what it showed, so what you report turns up in the sessions that follow. A real coach reads the check-in as well, and knowing a person will see it helps on a Thursday evening when the session is the last thing you want to do.

Halfway through the week

A short note from the AI coach appears on your dashboard midweek, looking at how the week is going so far. It gives the week a point in the middle where a missed session can still be made up before your check-in comes round.

Between those reflections the AI coach answers at any hour. If the week has changed shape, tell it and it proposes the fix: a session trimmed to the time you have, a session moved to another day, or an exercise swapped for one your gym has. Each change is a proposal you confirm, so the plan stays yours.

When a week slips

Everyone misses a week. When your check-in comes due, the app reminds you. If a full week goes by without one, a warmer nudge arrives with a link to a shorter catch-up version, so a missed week never turns into a wall of questions to answer before you can start again. Nothing is taken away for missing a week, and your coaching carries on.

The plan bends with you as well. If you are ill, the AI coach can take the week off. If work has swallowed your evenings, it can cut how many days a week you train for a while, and if you are worn down, it can give you a recovery week. Every change waits for you to confirm it.

A group with coaches in it

Membership puts you in a group with coaches in it. Members ask the coaching team there and the answers are given in the open, so the next person with the same question finds it already answered. Group challenges give people who train better in company something to aim at together, and seeing other members turn up for their sessions makes it easier to turn up for yours.

Coaches also review the form-check videos you send, which gives you another reason to go to the session you were going to skip: the lift you filmed last week has a fix to try.

Habits that do not rely on willpower

Accountability also comes from making the right thing easier. The habit system is built on if-then plans, such as "when I get home on a Tuesday, I change straight into my gym gear", which tie a habit to a moment that already happens in your week. A journal sits alongside it, so the reasons behind a good week or a hard one are written down in your own words, and your check-in has more to go on than memory.

Progress you can see and share

Accountability holds for longer when you can see what the work is adding up to. Progress photos sit on a timeline, so the change across months is in one place, and body-composition trends and performance tests are tracked alongside them. Quarterly and annual reviews look back over each stretch. If you want someone else to see it, a progress link lets you share how far you have come with a friend, a partner or anyone else you have told about your goal.

What it costs

TriageFit is €50 every 4 weeks or €500 for the year, with VAT included, and there is one plan. The check-in, the coach who reads it, the group, the form checks and the AI coach come with every membership, along with the training, nutrition and recovery coaching they keep you accountable to. You can pause or cancel from inside the app. Whether an app or a personal trainer suits you compares the two ways of paying for coaching.

How to start

Choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens. Your programme is built from your answers, and your check-ins fall on the day you choose. Weekly check-in coaching goes further into the check-in itself, and online fitness coaching walks through the whole week.

Questions people ask

Who actually reads my check-in?
TriageFit reads it first: a written coaching message about your week arrives within seconds, and your next week is rebuilt around it. A real coach from the coaching team reads it as well, so a person sees how your week went every week.
What happens if I miss a check-in?
The app reminds you when it comes due. If a whole week passes without one, a warmer nudge arrives with a link to a shorter catch-up version, so getting back on track takes a few minutes. Nothing is taken away for missing a week, and your coaching carries on.
Is there a community?
Yes. Membership puts you in a group with coaches in it, where you can ask the coaching team a question and the answer is given in the open for everyone. Group challenges run there too.
Do I have to log every day?
No. You log the sessions you do and check in once a week, which takes a few minutes. Anything you logged during the week is already filled in when you check in, so you are not entering it twice.
