One app for your training, food, recovery and habits

TriageFit is an all-in-one fitness app that coaches your training, food, recovery and habits as one plan, read together in one weekly check-in. It replaces the separate training log, food tracker, sleep app and habit tracker, and a real coach reads the check-in that ties them together. It costs €50 / 4 weeks for all of it.

Most people who take their fitness seriously end up running four apps at once: one for the programme, one for food, one that came with the watch and one for habits. Each keeps its own picture of you, none of them can see the others, and the job of joining them up falls to you. An all-in-one fitness app is only worth switching to if it coaches the four things together, and that is what TriageFit is built to do.

Training

Your programme is built from a thirty-minute intake, in phases our coaches designed that run four to six weeks and keep cycling for as long as you train. Each of the 382 exercises in the library has coaching cues, the main lifts have video, and progressive overload tracking keeps the record of what you lifted. Mobility sits in the same place, with a short warm-up circuit matched to each session, and easy-pace cardio is planned around the lifting on the days you have.

Food

Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism, your macros adjust each week, and protein is spread across your day. You log against the targets with your own food, and meals you eat often can be saved with their macros. If you have been dieting for a long stretch, the app detects it and offers a diet break.

Recovery

Sleep regularity and quality, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and daily readiness are tracked alongside the training, and the effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering. If you wear an Apple Watch, a Garmin, a Whoop, an Oura ring or a Fitbit, you can import its data. Stress and nervous-system check-ins sit in the same place, so a hard week at work is on the record next to the sessions it affected.

Habits and the mind side

The habit system is built on if-then plans that tie a new habit to a moment already in your day. Beside it sit journaling, 48 lessons from our course material, identity reframe protocols, purpose and values work, and quarterly and annual reviews that look back over longer stretches than a single week.

Why together beats four apps

Separate apps give you four answers to one question. The training app tells you to push, the watch says you slept badly, and the food app has no idea either happened. In TriageFit the four sit in one plan, so a poor week of sleep can ease a session, a stalled scale can move your targets, and a stressful month is read next to the training it disrupted.

It cuts the admin as well. One log feeds everything, so a weight you record once appears in your food targets, your body-composition trends and your check-in, and a progress photo sits on the same timeline as the numbers.

Everything you log during the week also pre-fills your weekly check-in, which takes a few minutes on the day you choose. A coaching message about the whole week arrives within seconds of sending it, covering the food and the training together, and a real coach reads the same check-in.

A week with everything in one place

Picture a week where work runs late on Tuesday and Wednesday and you sleep badly both nights. You tell the AI coach you are wrecked, and it proposes a lighter session for Thursday, which you confirm. You log a Wednesday takeaway against the same targets as every other day, and the habit you tied to your morning coffee still gets ticked. On Sunday the check-in already holds all of it, the coaching message reads the short nights next to the lighter session and the takeaway, and a real coach sees the same week. Spread across four separate apps, that week would be four unrelated records, and the connection between them would be yours to make.

Your data in one place, and yours

One app also means one place your data lives. TriageFit is run by TriageMethod Ltd, a company registered in Ireland and the data controller under Irish and EU data protection law. You can export everything you have logged, or delete your account, from Settings, and a device's data only arrives when you upload an export yourself.

The AI coach and the group

The AI coach answers at any hour across all four areas. It can swap an exercise, step your calories, give you a recovery week or log a workout from a sentence, and each change is a proposal you confirm. The group has coaches in it, questions to the coaching team are answered in the open, and group challenges run through the year.

What it costs

Everything above comes in one plan at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year, with VAT included and no tiers. Set that against paying for a training app, a food app and a sleep subscription separately, and the best fitness apps with a real coach sets the coached options side by side.

How to start

Choose a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and the intake opens. Online fitness coaching shows how a full week runs, and personalised coaching explains how the plan is fitted to you.

Questions people ask

Can TriageFit replace my food tracking app?
For coaching purposes, yes. Your calorie and macro targets are set for you, you log what you eat against them, and meals you eat often can be saved with their macros so logging stays quick. The targets adjust each week from your check-in.
Does it work with my watch or ring?
You can import data from Apple, Garmin, Whoop, Oura and Fitbit by uploading an export from the device's own app. It is optional, and a member who never imports anything gets the same coaching from what they log and report.
Is it too much to use all of it at once?
You do not have to. The training, the food targets and the weekly check-in are the core, and the lessons, the journaling and the longer reviews are there when you want them. The check-in pulls together whatever you have logged, so the parts you use still count.
Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?
No. There is one plan, and every member gets the training, the food targets, the recovery tracking, the habit system, the weekly check-in a coach reads and the AI coach. You can pause or cancel from inside the app.
