What personalised coaching means inside TriageFit
TriageFit is a personalised fitness coaching app that starts from a thirty-minute intake, chooses your programme from it and matches your food targets to your metabolism. After that it changes the plan from your own data, week by week, and a real coach reads your check-in. It costs €50 / 4 weeks, with all of it in one plan.

Plenty of apps call themselves personalised because you typed your name and picked a goal from a list of four. In a personalised fitness coaching app the word should mean that two members who join on the same day end up with different programmes, different food targets and a different next week, because the plan was built from their answers and keeps changing with their data. That is how TriageFit coaches.
It starts with a proper intake
The intake takes about thirty minutes, and you can save it partway and finish later. It asks about your goals, the training you have done before, injuries and restrictions, how your week actually runs and the equipment you can reach. Those answers decide the programme you get, the targets you eat to and the shape of your first week.
An old back injury shapes the programme from the first session, with the movements that aggravate it left out, and a few answers in the health screen, such as a heart condition that has not been stable for the past year, mean you need your doctor's approval before anything is built, and your programme follows the moment you confirm it on the plan page.
A programme chosen from your answers
Your programme is chosen from shapes our coaches wrote, each one a complete skeleton: the split of your week, the order of the movements on each day, the rep ranges for every phase, the tempo, the rest and the coach's notes. The app picks the shape that fits your goal, your level and the days you can train, and then fills each slot with a real exercise from a library of 382, filtered by your equipment, your injuries and your training level.
So a member training at home with dumbbells and a member in a full gym can have the same goal and end up with quite different sessions, each of them built on the same coach-designed phases, which run four to six weeks and keep cycling for as long as you train.
Two members who join on the same day
Take two members who start on the same Monday with the same goal of getting stronger. One trains at home with a pair of adjustable dumbbells three mornings a week and has a shoulder that complains about pressing overhead. The other has a full gym on the way home from work, more evenings free and no injuries. The first gets a programme built from what a pair of dumbbells can do, with the exercises that aggravate the shoulder left out. The second gets one built around the days they can train and the barbells in front of them. Both train in the same coach-designed phases, and from the first check-in each plan moves with its own member's weeks.
Targets matched to you
Food works the same way. Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism from your intake and then checked against what happens to your weight, your macros adjust each week from your check-in, and protein is spread across your day. If you track your cycle, the coaching can take it into account, and the AI coach can ease the intensity in a week when your cycle makes training harder.
Meals you eat often can be saved with their macros, so the food you already eat is what you log against your targets.
Changes made from your own data
Personalising a plan once is the easy part. Keeping it personal as your weeks change is the part that needs a coach, and in TriageFit that happens in three ways.
The effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering. Once a week your check-in reports your sessions, your habits, an optional weigh-in and ratings for energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress, and your next week is rebuilt around it. In between, the AI coach proposes changes when a week goes sideways, such as a shorter session, a moved day or a swap for the equipment in front of you, and nothing changes until you confirm it.
If you wear a device, you can import its data from Apple, Garmin, Whoop, Oura or Fitbit, and sleep, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate sit beside your training. The insights the app draws are learned from your own data alone, so what it tells you about your sleep comes from your nights and nobody else's.
Where a person reads it
TriageFit writes you a coaching message about your week within seconds of each check-in, and a real coach reads the same check-in. Coaches also review the form-check videos you send and answer questions in the group, where the answers are given in the open. The app does the building and adjusting, and a person keeps an eye on how it is going.
What it costs and how to start
Every member gets all of it in one plan, at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year with VAT included. There are no tiers, so personalisation is not something you pay extra for.
Pick a plan on the pricing page, create your account and pay, and your intake opens straight after. Online fitness coaching walks through a full week as a member, and the AI workout planner goes further into how the programme is put together.
Questions people ask
- How is the programme personalised if it starts from coach-written shapes?
- The shape sets the structure a coach would use for your goal and level: the split, the order of movements and the rep ranges. Every slot is then filled with an exercise that suits your equipment, your injuries and your level, and the effort adjusts to how you are recovering, so no two programmes come out the same.
- Do I need a wearable for the coaching to be personal?
- No. Your programme, your food targets and your weekly check-in all run on what you tell us and what you log. Importing data from a device gives the sleep and recovery tracking more to go on, and a member who never imports anything gets the same coaching.
- What happens if my goal changes?
- Tell the AI coach and it proposes a change of goal, which rebuilds your programme and your targets around the new one once you confirm it. You can also rebuild the programme or update your equipment the same way when your circumstances change.
- Who reads my intake?
- The app builds your programme from it, working around any injuries you mention, and coaches can see the parts of it they need to coach you. If the health screen raises something serious, such as chest pain during exercise, you check with your GP first, and once you report back in the app that they are happy for you to train, the programme is built. Your GP stays the person for diagnosis and treatment of any condition.
