Fitness coaching built around a full working week

TriageFit is a fitness coach for busy professionals who want to train properly around a demanding job. Your programme is built around the days you actually have, one weekly check-in replaces daily admin, and an AI coach answers at any hour, with a real coach reading your week. It costs €50 / 4 weeks.

Busy professionals rarely lack the will to train. What they lack is a plan that survives contact with the diary: the early meeting that eats the morning session, the client dinner, the fortnight of travel, the quarter-end that turns three sessions a week into one. A fitness coach for busy professionals has to plan around that week as it really is and change the plan quickly when the week changes, without adding another job to your day.

Built around the days you have

Your intake takes about thirty minutes and can be saved and finished later. It covers your goals, your training history, injuries, how your week actually runs, how long each session can be and the equipment you can reach, whether that is a full gym near the office or a pair of dumbbells at home. Your programme is built on the days you say you can train, in coach-designed phases of four to six weeks that keep cycling for as long as you train.

Sessions that fit the time

When a meeting runs over, the AI coach can shorten the session to the time you have left, move it to another day or cut back the number of days you train that week. Each change is a proposal you confirm, and nothing moves until you do. Your warm-up is a short circuit matched to the session, so the time you have goes on the training.

Travel and hotel gyms

Tell the AI coach where you are going and what the gym there has, and it proposes a programme you can follow with it for the trip. The same goes for swapping an exercise when the machine you need is taken, or when a hotel has nothing heavier than a set of light dumbbells.

One check-in a week

The check-in is the admin, and it takes a few minutes once a week on the day you choose. Everything you logged during the week is already filled in, so you add how the sessions felt, an optional weigh-in, a win and five quick ratings. A coaching message arrives within seconds, your next week is rebuilt from it, and when the check-in comes due you get a plain reminder. In the middle of the week a short note from the AI coach on your dashboard looks at how it is going so far.

Food around meetings and meals out

Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism and your macros adjust from week to week as your logged food and weight show a trend. Meals you eat often can be saved with their macros, so a regular lunch takes seconds to log, and a client dinner is logged against the same targets as any other meal. A long stretch of dieting is detected and a diet break offered.

Stress and sleep on the record

Stress and nervous-system check-ins sit beside your training, along with sleep regularity and quality, and the effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering. If you wear an Apple Watch, a Garmin, a Whoop, an Oura ring or a Fitbit, you can upload an export and your sleep and heart-rate variability feed into your daily readiness.

Questions at any hour

The AI coach answers whenever you have a question, whether that is at six in the morning before a flight or at eleven at night after a late finish. It can log a workout from a sentence, change your check-in day when your week changes shape, or pass a message to the coaching team.

A real coach reading along

A real coach reads your weekly check-in, reviews the form-check videos you send and answers questions in the group, where the answers are given in the open. The software rebuilds the plan whenever your week changes, and a person keeps an eye on how the weeks are adding up.

A quarter at work

Say you work in consulting, travel two weeks in six and have a quarter-end every three months that swallows your evenings. Your programme runs four days in a normal week. On the road, the AI coach proposes a hotel-gym version you confirm on the plane. At quarter-end you drop to two sessions a week for a fortnight, your stress ratings are on the record at every check-in, and when the rush ends your plan returns to four days without you starting again.

If your company pays

Some employers buy TriageFit for their staff, and TriageFit for companies sets out how that works if you would like to put it to your HR team. Otherwise you join on your own plan.

What it costs

One plan at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year covers all of it, VAT included, and you can pause or cancel from inside the app. What an online personal trainer costs compares it with the alternatives.

Getting started

Head to the pricing page, choose a plan, set up your account and pay, and your intake opens straight away. Weekly check-in coaching explains the check-in in detail, and coaching for busy parents covers the other kind of full week.

Questions people ask

How much time does it take each week?
The training takes the days you tell the intake you have, and the AI coach can shorten a session when a day runs over. The admin is one weekly check-in of a few minutes, with everything you logged during the week already filled in.
What happens when I travel for work?
Tell the AI coach where you are going and what the gym there has, and it proposes a programme you can follow with that equipment for the trip. You confirm it before anything changes, and you can swap single exercises the same way.
Can my employer pay for it?
Companies can buy TriageFit for their staff, and the business page sets out how. If your employer does not offer it, you can join on your own plan at €50 / 4 weeks and pause or cancel from inside the app.
