Fitness coaching that fits around the school run

TriageFit is a fitness coach for busy parents who want to train properly in the time family life leaves. Your programme is built on the days you have and the equipment at home or nearby, sessions can be cut to fit when the day runs away, and a real coach reads your weekly check-in. It costs €50 / 4 weeks.

Parents who want to get fit are rarely short of motivation. What runs out is the hour: the session planned for after work that becomes a bath, a story and a lunchbox, the Saturday morning that turns into a birthday party, the week a bug goes round the house and nobody sleeps. A fitness coach for busy parents has to plan for the week you actually have and change the plan without a fuss when the week changes.

Built on the days you have

Your intake takes about thirty minutes, and you can save it partway and finish it at nap time. It covers your goals, your training history, injuries, how your week runs, how long each session can be and the equipment you have, so a programme for three mornings at home with a pair of dumbbells looks quite different from one for four evenings in a gym. It is built in coach-designed phases of four to six weeks that keep cycling for as long as you train.

Home or gym

Every slot in your programme is filled from a library of 382 exercises, filtered by the equipment you told us about, each with coaching cues and video for the main lifts. If you train at home now and join a gym when the youngest starts school, ask the AI coach for an equipment change and it proposes an updated programme for you to confirm.

When the day runs away

The AI coach can cut a session down to the time you have left, move it to another day, or drop you to fewer days a week for a busy stretch. When the house is sick, it can give you the week off, and after a run of short nights it can give you a recovery week. Every change is a proposal you confirm, so nothing moves behind your back.

Questions after bedtime

The AI coach answers at any hour, which for most parents means late in the evening or very early in the morning. Ask whether to train after a broken night, how to fit a session into a Saturday full of matches, or what to swap when the dumbbells have gone missing under a bed, and you get an answer in the moment you need one.

Food for a family kitchen

Your calorie target is matched to your metabolism, your macros adjust week to week as your logged food and weight show a trend, and protein is spread across your day. You log the food you actually eat, and a family dinner you make every week can be saved with its macros so it takes seconds to log the next time. A long stretch of dieting is detected and a diet break offered.

Sleep and recovery

Sleep regularity and quality sit beside your training, and the effort each session asks for adjusts to how you are recovering. If you wear a watch or a ring, you can upload an export from Apple, Garmin, Whoop, Oura or Fitbit, and if you do not, you can log sleep by hand and get the same coaching. A week of broken nights is on the record when your next week is planned.

One check-in a week

The check-in takes a few minutes, once a week on the day you choose. Everything you logged is already filled in, so you add how the sessions felt, an optional weigh-in, a win and ratings for energy, recovery, motivation, sleep and stress. A coaching message arrives within seconds and your next week is rebuilt from it. When the check-in comes due you get a plain reminder, and if a week slips past, the next nudge is a warmer one that helps you catch up without starting again.

A real coach and a group

A real coach reads your weekly check-in and reviews the form-check videos you send. You also join a group with coaches in it, where questions to the coaching team are answered in the open and group challenges run through the year, so you are training alongside other people even when your sessions happen at six in the morning in the spare room.

A term of family life

Say you have two children under seven and a partner who works shifts. Your programme runs three sessions a week at home, thirty minutes each. The week the youngest has a temperature, the AI coach proposes the week off and you confirm it. The next week you are back to three, with one cut short when the school rings. At every check-in your sleep and stress ratings are on the record, and by the end of the term your log shows the lifts climbing through all of it.

What it costs

One plan at €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year covers all of it, VAT included, with no tiers, and you can pause or cancel from inside the app. Cheap online coaching compares the cheaper ways to be coached.

Getting started

Start on the pricing page: choose a plan, set up your account and pay, and the intake opens. Coaching for busy professionals covers a diary full of meetings, and getting back into the gym is for anyone returning after a long break.

Questions people ask

Can I train at home with very little equipment?
Yes. Tell the intake what you have, even if it is a pair of dumbbells and a mat, and every slot in your programme is filled with an exercise you can do with it. If your equipment changes later, ask the AI coach and it proposes an updated programme.
What happens when a week falls apart?
Tell the AI coach. It can shorten a session, move one to another day, cut the number of days that week or give you the week off when the house is ill. Each change is a proposal you confirm, and your next check-in picks up from wherever the week ended.
How much time does the admin take?
One weekly check-in of a few minutes, with everything you logged during the week already filled in. Meals you eat often can be saved with their macros, so logging a regular family dinner takes seconds.
