What Physitrack costs a clinic, practitioner by practitioner

Physitrack pricing for practices with fewer than 20 practitioners is £19.49 a month for each practitioner, or £210.49 a year for each practitioner when paid annually, and a practice can start with a free two-week trial. Beyond that size, Physitrack's sales team sets the price. TriageFit's clinic partnership charges the clinic no fee, and the patients it sends on for coached training after discharge get 10% off every payment.

Physitrack pricing is published on its own site as a price for each practitioner, charged by the month or by the year, and one plan covers every practice below a set size. Clinics use it to send home exercise programmes while a patient is in treatment, and TriageFit's clinic partnership sits beside it for the patient who wants to keep training once that treatment ends.

The price for each practitioner

For practices with fewer than 20 practitioners, Physitrack charges £19.49 a month for each practitioner. Paying yearly brings it to £210.49 a year for each practitioner, which Physitrack describes as 10% off the monthly price. Because the price is set for each practitioner, the bill grows with the team. A practice that wants to test the plan first can start with a free two-week trial.

What the plan includes

Each practitioner's plan comes with the free patient app, progress tracking, a library of more than 18,000 exercises and a trial of its telehealth system. Programmes come together in a drag-and-drop builder in which the clinician sets the reps, the sets and how often each exercise is done. Clinicians fill any gaps with their own exercises, education material and programmes, and the finished programme goes out by email, text message, QR code or print.

The patient gets an email with a programme code and a link to download the app. Inside PhysiApp they find guided exercise videos and reminders, and a place to log progress and discomfort. Back at the clinic, practitioners see adherence and progress tracking for each patient and get an alert when a patient reports high pain. Its features page covers secure video calls and messaging, and it lists links with practice management systems too. On security it lists ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certification, HIPAA, GDPR and UK GDPR compliance, and the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, with the practice keeping ownership of all its data.

Larger practices and a branded app

Physitrack offers a price from its sales team once a practice reaches 20 practitioners. It also sells a version of its PhysiApp patient app carrying the clinic's own logo, colours and name, built and submitted to the app stores by Physitrack, and it puts the build at six weeks. For the branded app, Physitrack names Lite, Pro and Enterprise plans, with no prices on the page, so the cost of that route is a question to put to its team. The choice between a branded app and a referral partnership looks at what each asks of a clinic, and Physitrack alternatives prices the other platforms clinics weigh against it.

After the last appointment

A Physitrack plan is a running cost for as long as the clinic keeps it, and it serves the patients the clinic is treating. Some of those patients leave treatment wanting to train properly, whether that is a first gym programme, strength for a sport they want to go back to or getting fitter at home, and they need a programme that changes with their weeks.

TriageFit is coaching for that stage. The patient fills in an intake of around thirty minutes. On a body map they show where the injury is, on which side and how severe it feels, and the rest covers what they want from training, their history with it, the equipment available to them and the time each session can take. Their programme follows phases our coaches designed, with every session made up from the 382 exercises in our library that suit that equipment, that injury and their level. A handful of health-screen answers, chest pain included, hold the programme back until the patient's doctor clears them to train and they say so on their plan page.

They check in weekly, on a day they set. Within seconds a coaching reply is waiting for them, and the same check-in goes to a real coach. If the injury complains, the AI coach proposes replacing the exercise that set it off, says when it is time to see a physio, and changes nothing until the patient agrees. Home exercise programme software sets Physitrack beside three other platforms and follows a patient through this stage.

A practice in Limerick

A practice in Limerick with four physios pays for Physitrack for each of them on the yearly plan and sends home programmes through it during treatment. One of its patients, a delivery driver in their forties, has had six sessions for a lower back strain and wants to start lifting weights once discharged.

At the last appointment the physio hands over the practice's partner one-pager with the final home programme. The driver joins TriageFit that week through the QR code, which takes 10% off every payment, and agrees at checkout to share their progress with the practice. Their intake marks the lower back, and the programme that comes out of it is built around the strain.

In the fourth week a run of early shifts leaves them half an hour on Thursday, so the driver asks the AI coach to cut the session down. It proposes a version that fits the half hour, and they confirm it. When their physio opens the Patients tab in the portal a month later, the programme week, the last check-in and the adherence figure are all there.

What the partnership costs the practice

No part of the partnership is billed to the practice. The patient's membership is €50 every 4 weeks or €500 a year with VAT included. The practice's link knocks 10% off each of their payments while the membership lasts.

A practice whose professional rules allow referral fees can switch one on in its settings. Switching it on stands as the practice's confirmation that its rules permit the fee and that it will disclose the fee wherever they require. The practice then earns 5% of those payments, which is €2.25 on each four-weekly payment and €29.25 across a full year of them, and the patient's price is unaffected because TriageFit pays the fee. Each fee is held for 30 days, a refund or chargeback reverses it, and payouts are sent each month through Stripe Connect once at least €20 is owed.

Set beside the Physitrack bill, the partnership adds nothing to what the practice spends.

Signing the practice up

A practice signs up on one short form, giving its name, a contact name and an email, with space for the website, the contact's role and how many clinicians work there. The partner link, the discount and the portal work straight away. TriageFit then verifies by hand that the practice is genuine and that whoever registered it is authorised to act for it, an email confirms the result, and sharing with the practice opens after that. The terms for partner clinics are there to read before anyone registers.
