Earning commission by introducing companies and clinics to TriageFit

TriageFit pays its affiliates a referral commission for introducing businesses as well as members: 5% of what a company pays in its first contract year, and for a clinic 5% of what it pays in its first year plus 5% of every payment by the patients it sends. An introduction is credited through your referral link, a registration from your dashboard covers one that reaches us without it, and you are emailed at each step.

Most affiliate programmes pay only when someone you referred buys something for themselves. The TriageFit affiliate programme pays for that, and it also pays a referral commission for introducing businesses: a company that buys coaching seats for its team, or a clinic whose patients would use the coaching between appointments. Both run on the same referral link and the same dashboard as your member referrals, and the money reaches you through the same monthly payouts.

Two kinds of introduction

A company buys seats. It pays for a pack a year at a time, invites its people from a portal, and each person gets the full membership at no cost to them. A clinic works the other way round. Registering costs it nothing, it hands its patients a partner link, and each patient pays for their own membership with 10% off every payment. A clinic that wants to fund memberships can also buy seats at the prices companies pay.

Because the two are paid for differently, they pay you differently, and it is worth knowing how before you decide who to approach first.

What a company pays you

When a company you introduced signs, you earn 5% of what it pays in its first contract year, credited as each invoice is paid. Say it buys 25 seats. At €450 a seat the pack comes to €11,250 for the year, and your share of it is €562.50. Seats it adds during that first year are invoiced as they are added, and those invoices count as well.

The stream runs for the first contract year only, so a renewal does not extend it.

What a clinic pays you

A clinic pays you in two ways. You earn 5% of anything the clinic itself pays in its first year, which means seat packs if it chooses to fund memberships, and 5% of every payment by a patient who joins through its partner link, for as long as that patient stays.

A clinic that funds nothing still pays you through its patients. The commission is worked out on what each patient actually pays after their discount, which on the four-weekly plan comes to €2.25 a payment and €29.25 across a year. A clinic that sends 10 patients who stay the year earns you €292.50, and the patient stream keeps running for as long as they stay, after the clinic's own first year has ended.

How an introduction is credited

The simplest route is your referral link. A company or clinic that arrives on it and signs up is credited to you at that moment, with nothing to register first, because the link itself shows who made the introduction.

You can also register the organisation from your dashboard when you approach it. That puts on record that you are working with it, which is what gets read if two affiliates each say they introduced the same organisation. It also covers the one case your link cannot reach: if the company or clinic signs up within 120 days without arriving on any affiliate's link, such as by typing the address in after a meeting with you, it is still credited to you. The link an organisation arrives on always decides first, so a registration never takes a deal from the affiliate whose link brought it.

Either way the deal closes to you on the day it happens, and you are emailed at each step. From there it rides the same rails as a member referral: each payment is held for 30 days so a refund or a dispute can be netted off, and Stripe Connect pays you monthly once your payable balance reaches €20. The one organisation you cannot be credited for is one you administer on TriageFit yourself.

What a company is buying

It helps to know the offer before you make the introduction. Seats cost €500 a seat for 10 to 24 seats, €450 a seat for 25 to 49 seats, €415 a seat for 50 to 99 seats and €375 for 100 or more, priced a year at a time with VAT included, and the whole pack is billed at the price of the band it lands in. A company can buy 10 to 50 seats online, live as soon as the payment clears, and a larger team sends an enquiry and gets a quote by email.

Each person gets the full membership: a programme built from their own intake, food targets, recovery tracking, the AI coach and a weekly check-in a real coach reads. The company sees who was invited, who accepted and the state of each seat, with group reporting that never shows a figure for fewer than five people, and nobody there can see an individual's programme, check-ins or measurements. The data processing agreement, the sub-processor list, the data-flow map and the security overview are all published, so a procurement review can read them before anyone buys. The seat-pack sheet puts the offer on one page, and the business page has the detail.

What a clinic signs up to

A clinic registers for nothing and gets its partner link and a printable one-pager with a QR code for the waiting room or the discharge appointment. A patient who joins through either sees the discount at checkout, and once the clinic's registration has been checked by hand, they are asked whether to share their progress with it.

Sharing is the patient's choice. If they agree, the clinicians at that clinic see a summary of their progress and health, and the patient reads exactly what it contains before agreeing. Only clinicians holding a seat can see it, every read is logged, and a patient who turns sharing off keeps their membership and their coaching as they were. Their journal, their messages with their coach and their day-to-day training and food logs are never shared. The clinic partnership sheet and the clinics page cover the rest.

Making the introduction

Your dashboard toolkit has a ready-made email pitch for a company and another for a clinic, each with its one-page sheet linked in. Send the pitch with your link in it, and if the conversation is going to happen in person, register the organisation as well, so it is still credited to you if it signs up without the link. The sheets are written so the reader can decide without a call, which helps when the person you know has to pass it to whoever signs.

Start with the people you already know: the owner of a business you train staff for, the physio down the road who sends you clients, the practice manager at a clinic you have worked beside. Tell them plainly that you earn a commission if they sign. The programme's rules ask for that whenever you promote to your own clients, and an introduction made in the open is easier to say yes to.

How to join

Apply on the affiliate page with a short form asking for your name, your email and, if you like, where you plan to share your link. You need neither a TriageFit account nor an audience of any size, and your code is live straight away, so you can send your first pitch the same day. Fitness affiliate programmes sets this programme beside others, and affiliate programmes for personal trainers covers the member side in more depth.

Questions people ask

Do I have to register a company before I approach it?
No. A company or clinic that arrives on your referral link is credited to you when it signs, with nothing registered first. Registering one from your dashboard puts on record that you are working with it, and if it signs up within 120 days without arriving on any affiliate's link, such as after a meeting or a phone call with you, it is still credited to you.
How is the commission on clinic patients worked out?
You earn 5% of every payment a patient makes after joining through the clinic's partner link, for as long as they stay. It is worked out on what the patient actually pays after their 10% discount, which on the four-weekly plan comes to €2.25 a payment. A refunded or disputed payment is reversed, the same as it is for a member referral.
Can I earn commission on an organisation I run?
No. An affiliate cannot be credited for an organisation they administer on TriageFit, so if you hold an admin role on a company's or a clinic's account, a deal with it does not pay you. Your member referrals are unaffected, and so is every other organisation you introduce.
Does a manager override apply to organisation deals?
No. The 5% override a manager earns is paid on the member referrals of the affiliates they brought in, never on organisation deals or clinic patients. The commission on a company or a clinic belongs to the affiliate who made the introduction, and nothing is taken out of it.
