1. About the programme
The TriageFit Affiliate Programme lets approved partners earn a recurring commission for every paying member they refer. By applying you agree to these terms. TriageFit may update them from time to time, material changes will be communicated by email.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding contract, and be capable of receiving payouts via a supported Stripe Connect region. TriageFit reserves the right to approve or decline any application and to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
3. Your referral link
Once approved you will receive a personal referral link. You may share it on your own website, newsletter, podcast, social media or with clients. You may not run paid ads that bid on TriageFit trademarks, impersonate TriageFit, or use unsolicited email (spam).
4. Commission
You earn a flat 10% recurring commission on the subscription price every member you refer actually pays, for the lifetime of their subscription (every paid invoice, for as long as they remain a paying member). The rate is the same for everyone, there is no tier ladder to climb. Commissions are calculated on the amount paid on each invoice, the advertised price, with no deduction for tax or payment processing fees, and are reversed if that payment is later refunded or charged back.
Attribution is last-click. A referral is credited to you if a user signs up through your link within the cookie window and then becomes a paying member.
5. Affiliate manager override
If you sign another affiliate up to the programme, TriageFit may set you as their manager. As a manager you earn an additional 5% override on the recurring subscription payments that affiliate’s own referrals generate, paid to you on top of your own commissions, and without reducing the 10% they earn. The override is calculated on the same amount-paid basis, with the same refund and chargeback reversals and the same payout schedule, as any other commission. You cannot be your own manager, and no override is earned on your own subscription.
6. Payouts
Commissions are held for 30 days after the corresponding invoice is paid, to protect against refunds and chargebacks. After that holding period they become eligible for payout. Payouts are issued automatically via Stripe Connect on a monthly cadence once your eligible balance reaches the minimum threshold, currently $20 USD. You earn in whichever currency each member you refer is billed in, and every currency is paid out separately, so a balance held in another currency waits for the same threshold figure in that currency before it is paid. You are responsible for keeping your Stripe account active and your tax information up to date.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Self-referrals, or referrals to accounts you control.
- Fraudulent or incentivised sign-ups.
- Misleading claims about TriageFit's service or pricing.
- Trademark bidding on paid search.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging or deceptive marketing.
- Any conduct that violates applicable laws, including consumer protection and data protection laws.
Breach of these rules may result in forfeited commissions and termination of your affiliate account.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the programme at any time. Upon termination you will no longer accrue new commissions, but any already-eligible commissions will be paid out on the next scheduled payout run.
9. Taxes
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes owed on commissions received through the programme. Stripe may collect tax information from you as part of onboarding.
10. Liability
TriageFit provides the affiliate programme “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriageFit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the programme.
