The TriageFit Affiliate Programme lets partners earn a recurring commission for every paying member they refer. By applying you agree to these terms. TriageFit may update them from time to time, material changes will be communicated by email.
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding contract, and be capable of receiving payouts via a supported Stripe Connect region. Your account is live as soon as you apply. TriageFit may refuse an application from anyone it has banned from the programme, and may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.
When you apply you receive a personal referral link, and referrals through it count from that moment. You may share it on your own website, newsletter, podcast, social media or with clients. You may not run paid ads that bid on TriageFit trademarks, impersonate TriageFit, or use unsolicited email (spam). If you promote TriageFit to your own members or clients, for example as a gym, studio or coach, tell them plainly that you earn a commission when they join.
You earn a flat 10% recurring commission on the subscription price every member you refer actually pays, for the lifetime of their subscription (every paid invoice, for as long as they remain a paying member). The rate is the same for everyone, there is no tier ladder to climb. Commissions are calculated on the amount paid on each invoice, the advertised price, with no deduction for tax or payment processing fees, and are reversed if that payment is later refunded or charged back.
Attribution is last-click. A referral is credited to you if a user signs up through your link within the cookie window and then becomes a paying member.
If you sign another affiliate up to the programme, TriageFit may set you as their manager. As a manager you earn an additional 5% override on the recurring subscription payments that affiliate’s own referrals generate, paid to you on top of your own commissions, and without reducing the 10% they earn. The override is calculated on the same amount-paid basis, with the same refund and chargeback reversals and the same payout schedule, as any other commission. You cannot be your own manager, and no override is earned on your own subscription.
TriageFit may also enable manager recruitment on your account. You are then given a second invite link, which signs people up as affiliate managers with you as their manager, and for every affiliate you manage who manages affiliates of their own you earn a further 5% network override on the recurring subscription payments those affiliates’ referrals generate. It is paid on top of their manager’s override and every affiliate’s own commission, without reducing either, and it is calculated, reversed and paid on the same basis as the override above. It reaches one level: nothing is earned on the teams of managers further down.
You can also refer companies and clinics to TriageFit’s seat plans. An organisation that reaches TriageFit through your affiliate link is credited to you: if it then buys seats, registers as a clinic or asks us for a quote, the claim is awarded to you at that moment, whether or not you registered it with us in advance, and no other affiliate’s registration displaces it.
Registering an organisation from your affiliate dashboard records that you are working with it. We read those records when two affiliates each say they introduced the same organisation, and the link it arrived on still decides whose it is. A registration also covers the case where it reaches us without your link. It runs for 120 days: if the organisation buys seats or registers as a clinic while it is running, and no affiliate link brought it to us, the claim is awarded to you automatically on the day it happens. Where more than one affiliate has registered the same organisation and no link brought it to us, the earliest registration still running takes the claim. Whether an organisation signs, and on what terms, remains at TriageFit’s discretion.
If an organisation credited to you signs up, you earn a one-time commission of 5% of everything a company or clinic pays in its first contract year. It is calculated on the amount actually paid on each of the organisation’s invoices in that year, with no deduction for tax or payment processing fees, and is reversed if a payment is later refunded or charged back. It does not recur: renewals, seat expansions after the first contract year, and later contracts generate no further commission. Organisation commissions are held, converted to payouts and paid on the same schedule as any other commission.
A clinic credited to you also earns you an ongoing commission on the patients it sends. Every payment made by a member who joins TriageFit through that clinic’s partner link earns you 5% of the amount paid, on the same basis as section 4, for as long as that member keeps paying. It is not limited to the first contract year, and it is not earned on seats the clinic pays for itself, which the clinic commission above covers. A patient who arrives with another affiliate’s code is credited to that affiliate instead, never to both, and it is reversed if the member’s payment is later refunded or charged back. Clinic patient commissions are held, converted to payouts and paid on the same schedule as any other commission.
A clinic may also choose to earn 5% of the same payments, on its own patients. That is paid to the clinic on top of what you earn, not out of it: your 5% on a clinic credited to you is the same figure whether or not the clinic takes its own share, and it is unaffected if the clinic starts or stops taking it.
The manager and network overrides in section 5 apply to consumer referrals only: no override is earned on organisation deals or on clinic patient commissions, including those generated by affiliates you manage or by the teams of managers you signed up. You also cannot be credited for an organisation whose TriageFit account you administer, however it reached us, or for your own subscription as a patient of a clinic credited to you, and claims of that kind may be removed from the pipeline.
Commissions are held for 30 days after the corresponding invoice is paid, to protect against refunds and chargebacks. After that holding period they become eligible for payout. Payouts are issued automatically via Stripe Connect on a monthly cadence once your eligible balance reaches the minimum threshold, currently $20 USD. You earn in whichever currency each member you refer is billed in, and every currency is paid out separately, so a balance held in another currency waits for the same threshold figure in that currency before it is paid. You are responsible for keeping your Stripe account active and your tax information up to date.
Breach of these rules may result in forfeited commissions and termination of your affiliate account.
Either party may terminate participation in the programme at any time. Upon termination you will no longer accrue new commissions, but any already-eligible commissions will be paid out on the next scheduled payout run.
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes owed on commissions received through the programme. Stripe may collect tax information from you as part of onboarding.
TriageFit provides the affiliate programme “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriageFit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the programme.
