Who to write to, for members, partners, clinics, employers, press and data-protection requests.

## One address

Everything reaches info@triagemethod.com. Put the topic at the front of the subject line and it gets to the right person faster.

- **Member support**, for an account, a payment or anything that is not working. A signed-in member should ask their coach inside the app instead, because whoever answers can already see their training and their check-ins.
- **Clinic** or **Employer**, for referring patients or buying seats for a team. Self-serve seat packs and the enquiry form for larger teams are at https://triagefit.com/business, and the clinic route is at https://triagefit.com/business/clinics.
- **Affiliate**, for the partner programme, commission and payouts. The rates and terms are at https://triagefit.com/affiliate.
- **Press**, for anything about the company or the coaching team.
- **Data protection**, for an access, correction, export or erasure request under GDPR. A member can also run a full export and a deletion from Settings without asking us, and https://triagefit.com/legal/privacy sets out what we hold and why.
